James and Jamie made buying my first property pretty pain free. A very personable service - James listened to my requirements and only showed me properties he thought I would be interested in and appeared to be on friendly terms with all the sellers. Jamie took over later on in the transaction to get it over the line. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, especially as a seller, as they clearly have the seller’s interests at heart.

Our properties being managed by Goodfellows since 2017 and I must say they are the best estate agents in the area. Very helpful and quick to respond. Recently we applied for rental licence and the form was very tricky and Laura Lindsay from Head office took time to go through the whole process with us. It was initially very stressful but Laura made it the whole process very easy by helping us gathering all the documents and filling out the application form. I recently purchased a property advertised by Goodfellows. Jack O'Shea was the agent working on my property. He is extremely professional and very capable. My cased had a delay and he managed to fixed the broken connection between the the two parties. He always followed up with updates and asking questions about changes. I hope Jack's manager give him a promotion because he did an amazing job and I know even he is on viewings and had other clients, he managed always to followed up on my questions and calls. My broker Sheeba Asghar very professional and also bright person. Even after her work she continued following the case and helping out with reaching out to lawyers and agents. Never experienced this before. I called to enquire about a property on behalf of my parents who are downsizing their current property. I was speaking to Reece. Everything was going well until I told them that we would be putting our property on the market next week. I was told that they could only view once our property was on the market and we had offers. I had never heard of this restriction before and quite openly questioned it. I could understand if they wanted to verify and offer or were looking for a cash buyer but this was a new one to me. I have been put off finding a property through this agent and would question ever using them to sell a property as their poor attitude is just uncalled for. It took many attempts to get a hold of them on the phone in the first place. Surely their management can see this, they only need to try ringing on a private number.
