We sold our home through Goodfellows and have received an excellent service from everyone we came into contact with there but especially from Kollis and Cathi.. From the very beginning they were responsive, professional and we felt like we were in good hands. Everybody Goodfellows use, from the photographer to the man who came to do the EPC rating arrived on time and carried out the job efficiently and effectively. Kollis has been keeping in touch with both us and our buyer while we found our new home, that day has now come and we are looking forward to a new beginning thanks to Goodfellows.

We recently sold our house and I can honestly say that I am so grateful that we chose Goodfellows. From initial contact they were by far the more motivated, dynamic and personable estate agents. All contact with the team was professional and efficient but stand out employee was James. We were updated constantly with viewing appointments and kept informed accordingly. House sold within 6 weeks and we completed just past the 12 week mark. James was exceptional in both his knowledge of the process and communicating between solicitors and other parties; always available to take my calls and explain where we were in the process and followed things up when necessary . Can't commend James enough as throughout the process he was on the ball and honestly don't believe things would have happened as quickly without him.

Having bought my flat 9 years ago with Goodfellows, I decided I wanted to use them to also sell my flat this year. I just completed today and I must say it has been a fantastic experience. From day 1, Omar came and understood exactly what we wanted and got the price point spot on. The flat sold within a few days of being listed and from start to finish it took 3 months to complete. Whatsmore, Keven knew I have a very busy weekday job and booked me in for a viewing on a Saturday to which I really appreciated (Even let me have a lie in!) This isn't the first time I have bought a property but Musa was by far one of the best agents that I have dealt with. I have just sold my house through Goodfellows in Mitcham and would like to share my experience with you. I first met the sales manager, Jamie Ford at the beginning of last year. My father had just passed away and I needed a probate valuation of our house. In need of a complete refurbishment, Jamie valued it accordingly. I informed him that I was going to embark on a complete overhaul and I would only sell through Goodfellows as every For Sale sign I had seen from Goodfellows had been converted to a SOLD sign within 3 months. I told Jamie to give me 6 months and I would be back in touch. It took me a bit longer but by the start of November 2018 the house was ready. A complete refurb had taken place and I asked Jamie back round to take a look. He was impressed and said there would be no problem selling the property. I expressed some concern as it was coming up to Christmas but he was confident that people would still be interested. Well he was right! A steady stream of people came to view my house and eventually, in January I walked into the office and was informed by James, another member of the sales team, “I’ve sold your property”. WOW! The three months deadline that I set in my head had been met, even at Christmas. The legal process started and was a bit of a minefield. I admit it did get a bit stressful but the team in Mitcham are there to help you through every step of the way and make the legal process as smooth as possible. After meeting the couple who purchased my house, I learned that they had the same issues with their legal team so I guess it’s just a legal thing but as mentioned, the team in Mitcham took care of everything. Would I recommend Goodfellows to you? Yes I would!! In fact, I have already told one of my closest friends to ditch the rival company he signed up with and go and talk to Jamie. I believe he has now done this and is happy. The team in Mitcham is first class. Jamie is one of the most passionate people I have met even though some of the suits he wears are a bit out there somewhere. James, the guy who sold my house is a machine. Relentless in his quest to sell. As a former salesman myself, I like that. Georgie is the calming influence; the enforcer. She looks after the team and won’t take any stick. Cathy, the pocket dynamo, is always active and on the ball. Johnathan, a late substitute to the team, I didn’t get to know that well but seems to fit in seamlessly. I sold my flat and purchased my house through Goodfellows 20 years ago, so when it was time to move again, they were my 1st choice, Cathi came round and gave me a price guide, she explained the process, what to expect and how they work. I received regular communications from her all throughout the process asking how it was going and was I getting a good service, which was nice. Reece dealt with the majority of my viewings, he was very helpful, provided feedback, which ment I could make adjustments to attract purchasers. Appointments were always confirmed via text, so I had somewhere to check what was booked and when easily. My purchaser really wanted to complete before the stamp duty deadline and Reece continually chased the solicitors and relayed any queries so the deadline was met. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Musa who's been an amazing support and help when I found my dream home just before the lockdown. Musa called me once the property business was up and running after the lockdown to follow up if Im still interested in the property I viewed. He agreed for me to see the property again the very next day after the phone call. During the whole procedure Musa was always there for me, answered my e-mails in timely manner, put up with my frustration and stress that comes with buying a property. I had a few questions for him during the viewing and he had all of the answers to. It just seemed like nothing was too much for him. I was able to both register and see the property we were interested in on the same day. Negotiating the price with the vendor was made to seem easy with the responsiveness and professionalism of Jonathan who was our sales consultant. Communication throughout the transaction was second to none. When Jonathan went on leave Jamie stepped in and also gave a stellar service in Jonathan's absence. Any issues encountered stemmed purely from the solicitors. For our purchase experience with Goodfellows we received good quality, professional and a responsive service.
