I would still recommend Mason Kelly to anyone looking to make their next move. Great quick start, all issues solved during tenancy, but you need to follow-up for any issues otherwise it could be eaten in their list. - I have only seen one employee from this consultant and I guess that he is like a one-man army. Sometimes, your queries may be delayed for 1-2 weeks, if you do not have any major issue. - Fair judgment on getting back deposit payment. Happy with it, because well deserved it. House deep cleaned and all carpets professionally cleaned even though I did not get cleaned oven, cleaned carpets. - No issue about getting remaining rent if get out early and new tenants move in. - Not fully happy about final meter readings and taking related actions on time. It is my bad also not taking the photo before handover.

GoogleSo, I had previously rang HM Land Registry to make an appointment and they were great on the phone. When we visited the Croydon office, we were seen immediately ((a few minutes before our appointment) and I really must say, the young lady was so helpful, polite and jolly. She went out of way to do what was needed. Brilliant service. The only thing that confused me was the model of the ship in the waiting area! I thought there would be something more land- based!!! Pretty though. Shame there’s no disabled spot nearby. Croydon council need to sort that out. Thank you.

We have now rented 2 properties with them since 2013 and it's safe to say they have kept high standards of professionalism and friendliness throughout the years. GoogleMy partner and I have a lot of rental experience in the area having lived in Manchester for eight years in various tenanted apartments, and we found that BN & S are far superior to any other agency. From the initial phone conversation to arrange the viewing, to paying the deposit, we have found the process straightforward and response time is excellent. We feel the agency is impartial and working for both applicants and landlords to reach a successful outcome. So often it is the case that as applicants, you can feel like an inconvenience but this wasn't the case with anyone we dealt with.
