GoogleIm currently at a property waiting for a viewing but your college craig hasnt turned up neither has he had the decency to call and let us know whats going on.unfriendly service and best to go with someone else.i dont normally review or moan but had to on this occasion.please review your customer services as we will go through other agents with a friendlier approach.ive wasted time and petrol for a no show.not good enough!!!

GoogleBriscombes delivered a responsive, friendly and honest service from start to finish. Selling with them was made easy due to the ability to confirm your own bookings and offers online, but they were also available to help via telephone too. Communication remained open throughout the process and I found that all members of the team would go out of their way to help. I would highly recommend.

GoogleReceiving spam mail from removers and I'm not moving. Called twice and they don't return my calls. Tried to to do an online request to remove data and it doesn't work. Terrible company

GoogleSpam letters about moving house even sending a newspaper cutting about a company advertising removals. The company they advertised recently also received a lot of bad press in the media with some branding them “a scam”. If your going to send spam marketing at least advertise reputable companies!

GoogleExtremely good experience from start to end. As a potential tenant, it makes a change having someone actually answer the phone when trying to book a viewing! Then they were SO helpful throughout the process. When I couldn't get the property I wanted because it had already been let, they went through what I wanted in a house and found me something even better. Minimal hassle, and reliable. Would recommend.

GoogleThe Land Registry website is an absolute disgrace. I know because I have been using it for 15 years. After using it for several years I did actually make a formal complaint to LR about it and I was told that I was the only person who had complained. The 'login' facility does not work adequately.
