GoogleDue to the time of trying to look for a larger home and in the midst of covid 19 out break. I think lenwell in milton keynes and abby and mat where both very professional people and caring and understanding and both helped at every point of the viewing and when they could. GoogleIm so appalled with this company . A few things have happened like them losing my renewal fee then accusing me of never paying it even though I had a receipt. They actually backed me into a corner threatening that I would have to pay it again and a higher rent which I could not afford at the time. When I asked this to be looked into I was met with a very condescending. I was given an ultimatum pay more rent or move out! I since have asked about why a contractor was sent to the house without any notice and why we had been asked by them to leave our back gate open to let them in. Therefore if anything was stolen our insurance would be invalid. I've heard nothing back. Nothing unusual there. I had the unpleasant task of speaking to the Manager who spoke to me in the most appalling way. Some staff are professional and very courteous the management are so rude. Steer clear there's no communication or respect. Wish I'd seen the warning signs and acted sooner! More fool me!

GoogleThis review is ONLY of the inspection agent Liz (not for Lenwell as a letting agency) - she has done twice yearly inspections of the property we rent for three years now and has conducted herself each time in a very professional and courteous manner. She is prompt, accommodating with schedules and a pleasure to chat with during the short time she is in the house doing the inspection. Truly an asset to the company and they are lucky to have her.

GoogleDon't touch with a barge pole. Not open for viewing on weekend so got me to get my husband to take time off work for a viewing (booked last thing Friday). Never sent the details. I called them today lunch time (Monday) as viewing at 5.45, only to be told the viewing is cancelled as they've let the place but they were only going to contact me til 2 hours before the appointment. All this on top of saying that both myself and husband needed to be in full time work. Lady on the phone was rude over me being self employed, said they'd phone me back twice and never did. Tried to claim that the landlord would have a problem with 2 dogs but when they finally called them after I demand they actually ask the landlord had no problems whats so ever.

GoogleWe rented a small property for 6 months between selling an old house and buying a new one. The rental had been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived and Lenwell were very helpful when we reported a problem with the smoke detector which was replaced a few days later at a convenient time. Our deposit was returned promptly at the end of our rental agreement. We were very happy with the service from Lenwell.
