GoogleGenuinely the worst service and group of people I’ve ever dealt with. When requesting details on a property to rent I was sent the wrong floor plan and could not view the property. When collecting keys and viewing the property it was much smaller, no apology or any compensation. The checkout process and excess fees forced to pay are ridiculous and there’s no room for negotiating. Will never deal with again.

GoogleCan you please remove your sign from 9 Cropwell Bishop? It’s snapped in two and has been laying by the path for approx two months. Also, the next time you are marketing 9 Cropwell Bishop and need to take pictures please do not come onto my property and stand in my flowers to do so, it’s very rude and you did not ask for my permission.

GoogleWe recently shifted our residence and our lettings agent were Lenwell. I must say the Lenwell Team have provided us with exceptional service. Abi and Matthew in the MK office have been amazing in their work and have always helped us in the smallest of the details while moving. The team has been really kind to accommodate all our needs. I would definitely recommend anyone to go with Lenwell as their lettings agents. Definitely one of the top notch letting agents.
