The best experience ever

Would recommend Richard James without hesitation. They are knowledgeable, honest and reassuring. I hadn't moved house for 25 years and previous experiences had been so stressful, I was expecting the same this time but with Richard James it just didn't happen. Natalie is a godsend - nothing is too much trouble and any problems she just seems to deal with them. We hardly did anything, Natalie knows what needs doing and when and just takes the stress out of the whole experience.

Richard and team helped with selling our house in Mill Hill. Their local knowledge of the area meant the quality of prospects we had through the door was high and we were successful in getting a good deal. Happy to recommend Richard James.

Unbelievable service from Natalie in the sales team. Persisted with finding me a property for my family in the Mill Hill area for over two years, which included two failed sales close to exchange. No nonsense or sales talk, just driven to get people over the line in what is a ridiculous and archaic system riddled with uncertainty and disappointment.

In a world of lawless agents…

In a world where many agents are fumbling around clueless or are outright untrustworthy and lawless, Richard Power, Natalie Leon and the team at Richard James are a brilliant example of how it should be done. Down to earth, hard working, client-oriented professionals who are excellent operators and executors. They get the job done. Big thank you to the team for helping our family make our next step.

I couldn’t speak more highly of the service I received from Richard James Estate Agents. Mr James Goldsobel was not only a consummate professional but a thoroughly decent and wonderful gentlemen, who not only found us our perfect home but ensured that throughout the entire journey he kept us updated at all times and supported us through certain challenges with our house sale. Having some specific requirements, he kept a look out for a property that best suited our needs and ensured he only recommended properties that met these requirements. Without James we would not have been able to finally move and for that we will be forever grateful to him. Integrity is often overlooked for a fast buck, but in the case of James Goldsobel he ensured all commitments were delivered and that meant the world to me and my family. I would highly recommend Richard James Estate Agents. Thank you James and team!

One of the best agents we worked with throughout our one-year house search

Natalie was one of the best agents we worked with throughout our one-year house search. She was very communicative and professional, keeping us up to date with the latest progress throughout the chain. Natalie was the agent for the seller of our house and so was not working for us directly. However, from the moment we enquired about the property she was conscious of our needs and kept us informed whenever the situation of the various sellers in the chain changed. Her helpful updates ultimately allowed us to buy a lovely property we otherwise would have dismissed. We highly recommend Natalie as an agent and will be requesting her services one day if we decide to sell our new house.

Incredibly helpful and clear

Incredibly helpful and clear, Paige aided us with a very strange scenario where our package was wrongly delivered to a empty house for sale. Although they did not need to, helped us through this problem efficiently. Recommend this company for it's brilliant communication and response and super friendly staff.

Don't use anyone else!

Natalie was the estate agent for the seller in our chain and was so proactive and attentive in our chainthat I asked where I could post a review for them. The chain we were a part of all fell through but as a result of Natalie's attentiveness, we ended up recommending Richard James to the developers doing part ex on our home as our estate agents had been hopeless and I would recommend anyone selling to use Natalie going forward. I've moved 4 times in the last 10 years and have never recommended an estate agent/actually liked one before now! Highly recommend (and don't use anyone else!!)

The height of professionalism and…

The height of professionalism and customer service and care. Right from the beginning we knew we were in the best hands possible. We have sold and bought our new house with Richard James and Natalie Leon has held our hand the whole way though this stressful yet exciting process. Always at the end of the phone, Natalie went above and beyond for us. So grateful to her and to Richard and James too.
