We have recently moved house. Richard James acted on both our sale and our purchase. They were fantastic. Responsive to all of our questions and genuinely helpful with the inevitable bumps along the road. They are based locally and know the area inside and out. That sort of knowledge was invaluable to us. A very special shout-out to Richard Power. He knew what we were looking for in a house and as soon as once came onto his books called us immediately and got us in to have a look (at the house we eventually bought). His advice on pricing and negotiating also was excellent. Even though I hope not to need their services for many years to come, I would recommend them without any hesitation to anyone who currently does.

Don’t waste time - get to Richard James

We had a property that wasn’t getting any viewings with a competitor on the same high street. On the advice of our daughters who have had nothing but amazing things to say about Anthony their star letting agent, we switched. Within the same day he had shown a tenant who wanted to take it. Not only was it impossibly efficient, our tenant has proven to be a landlords’ dream; taking such great care of our property it looks even better than when he moved in! Very very happy with Anthony’s enthusiasm, friendliness and professionalism. Can’t recommend him enough and look forward to working with him at the next opportunity.

When I was looking for an agent, I asked around locally and everyone recommended Richard James. From the first time I dealt with them at the valuation, I knew we'd made the right decision. Our sale was handled by Natalie - the most efficient and incredible agent I've ever met. Natalie has quite the fan club among my extended family for how well she looked after us and secured us the loveliest buyer we could have hoped for for our home. Richard James's customer service, knowledge and professionalism goes above and beyond. I'm just sad that we'll be moving away from the area and won't get to use them again in future. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Simply the best!
