GoogleI telephoned on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to make an appointment to view a house to buy on Colenso Drive. Despite Anthony emailing Natalie and assuring me that she would call me to arrange a viewing she didnt. I would not use this company ever and suggest that the people on Colenso Drive use another agent. Appalling.

As first time buyers, I was super nervous about the whole house buying process. We didn't know whereabouts we wanted to live, so had a lot of experience with many different estate agents... Richard James were by far the best! Not only did we get emails whenever a house was put up, and then easy communication whilst booking viewings, but they provided secure and constant communication throughout the whole process. We found a property we loved via Richard James and, thanks to them, buying the house was such an easy process. I know that if we ever sell our home, we will do it via Richard James!

Richard and Natalie are a dynamic and caring team ( with a special mention for the wonderfully kind Natalie). They were very positive and supported me throughout the sale. Excellent communication, they were always at the end of the phone and I always felt that they were working hard in my best interest. Their great local knowledge and experience translated to a great price for my house. I can't recommend them enough.
