Richard helped me purchase the property. The communication has been excellent throughout. He has been absolutely exceptional in helping liaise with the vendor and speed up the process (we had a deadline), which went very smoothly. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

Really helpful

Really helpful. Natalie went out of her way to be helpful in getting things over the line, and was really clear at explaining things, which was helpful for us as first time buyers!

James dealt with the sale of two houses in Mill Hill. We were very impressed by his determination and guile in delivering a great price and ensuring the sale went through without a hitch. We would recommend anyone selling their home in Mill Hill or the surrounding areas to use Richard James. The Marton family.

Excellent service, always available with updates and guidance helping to smooth out the process. The uncertainty and apprehension at the time of sale was a little like eBay on steroid’s but again guided throughout to a great conclusion.

A Very Professional Service

Richard James Estate Agents have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Natalie in particular was fast, friendly and always available to help with any questions I had. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them without reservation. They are now helping with renting the property out and Anthony as been equally professional.

The Richard James team have recently sold a house for me. I predominantly dealt with Richard who was totally professional, straight-forward and if he said he would deal with an issue and ring me back - he did ! I would, without hesitation, sell or buy through them again

Superb Agency

The whole experience from start to finish with everyone involved at Richard James has been first class. Efficient, trustworthy, professional and a fine attention to detail has made a potentially stressful situation of selling our house an enjoyable one. Richard and Natalie have been nothing short of superb, always doing what they say they're going to do and the complete antithesis of the stereotypical estate agents. They really are a credit to the profession and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in the area. Many thanks to you all.

The best in the business in Mill Hill. Seemless transaction on our sale (and they were amazing at keeping the pressure on throughout the chain). If you’re selling in Mill Hill then they are undoubtedly the best.
