GoogleHighly recommend! It was a joy working with everyone at Balmforth in getting me into the right home. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful every step of the way in order to get me a home. I want to highlight Flip, Jordan, and Sue! They were very professional, patient with my hundreds of questions, and ensured that I got into the home that was right for me.

GoogleSo we emailed about a place to rent never got back to me, called them twice left a voicemail never heard back, finally got a email back 2 days later emailed straight back and heard nothing back and we could tell no one was interested because the rent went down 2 after our first email and got rid of it with no communication just unfair and just not good at replying. Would not recommend.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleAwful service, constantly having to chase them for any updates, only to find they don't like to rent to British people and prefer USAF members (their words) after wasting 2 days for an answer on a property we liked we were told after calling at the end of the 2nd day that it was taken by somebody else. However a friend called in for the same property only for them to be told its still available... words escape me. Avoid at all costs.
Hi Shaun (Daniel), We are sorry that you felt that the service from ourselves was not up to standard. When we put you forward as a perspective tenant, it took quite a time to get a response from the Landlord, despite us chasing. It was the Landlords decision on who to go with as a tenant and whilst we can understand your annoyance in this matter, it was unfortunately beyond our control.

FacebookAbsolute joke of a company, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR RENTING! You will not get your deposit back in a timely manner (7 days thus far & we leave the country tomorrow) They’ll lie too you about why it takes them so long to do anything, they are not honest, I can’t express how much you SHOULDNT use these. You’ll be worse of when you need to leave 100% These people failed too do walk through for 11 days and charged us £150 for DUST in the kitchen cupboards, then when asked why they took so long, another lie. WE SHALL BE COMMENTING ON EVERY SINGLE PAGE IN YHE LOCAL AREA FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS STATING THIS SO NO ONE ELSE GETS MESSED AROUND.
With regards to your review, this matter is being dealt with privately. The deposit process has been misunderstood and Balmforth do not receive monetary gain from deposits; the only persons that any deposit funds can be awarded to are the tenant and the landlord and both parties must be in agreement. Whilst we have 30 days to complete the checkout process, with the tenant-arranged clean only being done after the tenancy had ended, we are only 2 working days since the inspection was completed, not 7. Balmforths’ director is now dealing with this matter and we hope for a resolution and we can reassure you all tenants and landlords are always treated fairly, we as a business, have nothing to gain and we hope to conclude the matter within the next few days.

On our house sale Balmforth were brilliant by carrying out a 3d video our of the house and were very knowledgeable on the local housing market. With the purchase of our new build house Balmforth were very helpful also and were able to help us view the new home several times too. GoogleI had a great experience dealing with Balmforth offices in Mildenhall and Beckrow. The majority of my correspondence was with Matt and Sue and they made my move into the community as smooth as possible. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to attend to all my concerns. I had a bad experience with a local bank that affected my ability to set up my recurring rental payments. However, Balmforth was flexible and willing to work with my situation. I would recommend the Mildenhall and Beck Row branches based off my my personal experience.
