They were print and were able to show me a house within two days of talking to them.(I called on the weekend ) Matt showed us a gorgeous,well kept home and was very personable. FacebookDo not use this agency for letting or having them manage your property. They will rob Americans blind of their money and deposit. They do not care about the quality of any work put into the properties they manage. I’m 8 months pregnant and I had constantly been sick for months with a cold that I didn’t know what was causing it. When it came time to move out of the property we hired cleaners that balmforth had recommended. The cleaners stated the bathroom was sealed over with mould growing underneath the seals that had broken from poor craftsmanship. So the black mould that had been growing under the seals in the shower had been making me sick for months.... also they are the worst for taking care of any American Air Force members and their families. They will keep your entire deposit despite leaving the property in decent not destroyed manner. They take their time trying to get back to anyone about anything. They have held onto deposits for days when people need to leave the country and have no regard for anyone. Absolutely the worst letting agents and no one should use them.

GoogleHorrible customer service. Update 9/10/2020 as a result of me leaving a review, I’ve been informed they’re playing hostage with my deposit until they legally have to return it to me. Completely unethical business.
Dear Mr Quezada As we do not manage your property and have not done so for over a year, we are extremely puzzled as to why you have left us such a negative review. All matters in relation to your property are handled by your Landlord not by ourselves and therefore should be taken up with your Landlord directly. In the meantime, it would only be fair that you remove this review. Thank you

FacebookFor a company to walk round a vacated property without the tenants there to query or question the subsequent findings as a matter of course is shocking. It obviously leads you to see this as an extra income stream for balmforth’s enabling them to hold onto customers deposits knowing full well said customers are or soon will be out of the country. Needs investigation by USAF in my humble opinion.
