GoogleI'm absolutely delighted with the service I've received from Coopers. From the very start, they've been really friendly and equally efficient and have kept me fully informed throughout the whole sales process. I've been particularly impressed with how proactive they've been. It's a difficult market right now and, not surprisingly, we lost two buyers before proceeding successfully with the third. Even when we had apparently sold the house, Coopers stored full details of every enquiry for our house. This meant that, when a sale fell over, they were able to immediately reach out to these enquirers and had people viewing the house again almost immediately. Without any doubt, Coopers are outstanding estate agents and their work directly led to our house being successfully sold in a this very difficult market.

GoogleCoopers are a respected local agency, which like any business gains its credibility through the staff employed there and the way they conduct themselves in transactions. Our main contact throughout our sale was Aaron, Who has proven to be extremely attentive to the task in hand. He is polite and a very good communicator. He keeps you updated and follows things through until reaching the required outcome. If I were to sell again, he would be the person I requested to handle my business, purely because I know he delivers.

TrustpilotNo service to tenant after renting
Not sure about overall cooper but i am having pathetic experience as a tenant. Maybe ruislip cooper is good for the landlord but for the tenant not really helpfull. Landlord is not repairing basic appliances and taking 15 days for engineer visit and if any part need to be replaced then it takes at least a month.As a tenant, we can pay rent on time but we should at least get to use the basic service from appliances like dishwasher. Once i delayed the rent by 1 day, i got the reminder email and credit history related email but when it comes to landlord they don't take responsibility. I would suggest if you are looking for rent, don't go via ruislip cooper at least.

GoogleOverall, I was very pleased with the service provided by Aaron and Russell at Coopers Ickenham and they were both approachable and responsive. I have rated the experience as 4*, as some of the early feedback from the buyer's solicitor and mortgage provider during the sales process, that was passed on in good faith by Coopers, subsequently proved to be inaccurate; which caused unnecessary stress as the timeline extended. This was subsequently resolved by more detailed checking of sources.
