Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional! I dealt with this agent by the name Honor-Charlotte Peters for quite sometime now, however even though I’ve put full asking price offers on multiple properties each and every time i got rejected by her! On the last occasion offer was put through as soon as got advertised without viewing it(full asking price+ 6 months upfront payment) and Honor stated that the landlord is happy with the offer, only moving in date needs to be agreed on sooner to which I accepted it. That same day Honor continue to show the property to other people and then she came back asking to increase in price even though full asking price was offered and wanted to pay holding deposit on the same day to which she retracted the statement by saying that offer hasn’t been accepted!

Very disappointed with my experience at Coopers Letting Agents. I vacated my rental property at 28 Mill Bridge, UB8 2XX on 31st March 2025, and despite repeated follow-ups, I still have not received my deposit refund. I received the check-out report on 8th April, and since then, I have emailed the agency multiple times, including on 25th and 28th April, but responses have been delayed or vague, with no clear resolution. I’ve been told repeatedly that the landlord’s confirmation is pending, and even after being promised updates before staff leave, no action has been taken. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating. This experience has been stressful and unprofessional, and I would not recommend their services to anyone expecting prompt and reliable service.
