We had trusted Coopers for many years and never had reason to question their integrity. That trust was shattered when our tenant requested a shorter renewal term. We were persuaded to sign a 12-month lease on the clear assurance that if the tenant left early, we would receive a refund for the unused period. Relying on those promises, we agreed.

I have recently Sold and Purchased through Coopers, and from start to finish the experience has been exceptional. We wanted to try a higher price than what Coopers had recommended, and this was our downfall at the start! we reduced the price to what Coopers had originally advised and we sold within 24 hours.
