GoogleI am extremely impressed by the service we received from Coopers. In particular a member of staff named Amber Middleditch was very informative, helpful and polite. Amber was very efficient and answered any queries we had immediately. Therefore I will certainly recommend the company to friends and family!

GoogleWe are so happy the way Katie Kaill (Tenancy Renewal Coordinator ) negotiated with our tenants on our behalf and managed to complete the task smoothly. We badly needed an increase in rent due to increased mortgage interest rates of our buy to let after the end of tenancy period and she took the responsibility of the process and its worth 5 stars.

GoogleAs first time buyers, you always want reassurance that the estate agents you are dealing with have your best interests in mind. Coopers Residential definitely delivered in this respect by communicating effectively, responding to our queries promptly and providing sound advice in regards to our property purchase (Which of course has been alot more stressful during this pandemic). Most of our interactions were with Russell who was very professional and definitely made the process alot more easier by making sure we were always kept in the loop. Terrible service, was shown the property by a girl called Kristal. We filled out their application form and made an offer for the asking price. kristal didn’t even have any manners to thank us for our offer and keep us updated. Don’t make people fill out your lousy application forms when you don’t even respond! She then calls me and tries to push a property that was ‘reduced’ in price because clearly no one wanted it and tried to push us to come see it last minute (the property was as horrible as her customer service). Terrible service. Avoid this estate agent like the plague. I definitely wouldn’t recommend to friends or family.
