Adding a mention to David Head, Susie Fishenden, and others in the team who have always been very prompt with helping us resolve issues. I have been using Coopers for over 4 years and it has been a good experience. Some minor trouble with one of their contractors but otherwise fine.

This is very dishonest tenancy company, everything is ok until you don't vacate the flat. All problems and hidden charges start to appear after you vacate the property.They submitted £4500 for repair claim against my deposit of £1500, they charges me £1330 for breaking rent agreement, they now asking for boiler charges which landlord was looking after.With Coopers be careful -1) Please take pictures of apartment when you move in and keep it on email : If you forgot to do this Coopers apply charges 3 times deposit.2) Please keep in writing what all services you will be paying for, as they may ask for anything.3) Don't hire professional cleaners yourself as it goes futile, as Coopers claim it wasn't cleaned and apply charges again. Please hire there cleaners when ypou vacate and their cleaners are 3 times expensive than normal good rated.The worst letting agency ever, please AVOID them.

I would like to call out your company for blatant homophobia and unprofessionalism for starters, three times at the last minute I have been cancelled on for a viewing the latest today when I could see the estate agent showing a heterosexual couple around the property and then to have a call to see a tenant has changed the locks, each time a heterosexual couple has been shown around and not us. Sophie Gordon, cancelled on me two of these times my partner contacted a Oliver Curtis to say how dissatisfied we are to have a very passive aggressive email back and to say we are accusing her of lying which is highly unprofessional. I am extremely hurt and upset by this and want to make a formal complaint. The latest viewing cost me a lot of money to travel there and back and to take time of work I am beyond hurt by this.And to have the estate agent Molly at the latest viewing today stood there with the couple seeing us and not apologising or talking to us then just texting ignoring us and laughing at us is so unprofessional and beyond rude I want to make a formal complaint and I will be taking this to the topThanks,Michael and Adam

From arranging multiple viewings to their quick responses via email and phone calls, they've been great. Any prospective buyer will certainly be well looked after. Harrow council contracted them to market 2 bedroom houses. Despite my daily emails and phone calls requesting the details , I was told that phase 3 will be launched soon and I will be contacted, name was put on the list. To my surprise , I emailed them today to find out that phase 3 was launched and sold out. No communications whatsoever and this probably was a matter of preferential workings by the company or probably a disrespectful sales consultant. I will put a complaint with Harrow Council.thanks
