We had a great experience selling with Robisons of Darlington

We had a great experience with Robisons of Darlington sold our house within a week.Ufortuantly we had a multiple difficult situations with the buyer not any fault of robinsons but was handled really well and eventually had the outcome we wanted. I would like to give a shout out to Joy Cuddas who helped us every step of the way and went above our expectations certainly with difficult situations we had with the buyer.

Quick sale above asking price. Andrea and the teams at Ingleby Barwick and Stockton went out if their way to make the process a very smooth one. Sale of parents old property for my mother in law. Arranged to collect paperwork and keys from her home to place on market and after quick sale also arranged to collect keys and assist in meter readings for completion. Good communication throughout. We are first time buyers and robinsons made it very easy and answered all questions we had. They always kept us updated with how the sale was going, Chloe was especially helpful and rang with updates everytime she'd heard from the solicitors on her end. Massive thanks to the sales team at Darlington

All of the Sales team at the Darlington office have been fantastically supportive throughout the process. Whoever I spoke on the day, was professional, courteous, polite and helpful, and never made me feel burdensome or silly for worrying about things and feeling anxious. Communication levels are excellent and pro-active. I was never left wondering what was happening, and if I was worried, Joy would get on the case and liaise with buyers, solicitors on both sides, and that was massively reassuring. My Mum has been a bag of nerves throughout, so I helped her with the Sale, and the Darlington team were so warm and kind to my Mum, which meant a lot. Thank you.
