After a discussion at the Ingleby branch an agent was dispatched to list my house. Within a day it was advertised and was sold within 12 weeks.Everything was seen to by the professional staff at the Ingleby branch, including choice of conveyance solicitor.I have never had an easier time selling a property.Thank you to everyone at the Ingleby Barwick for making it a pleasure and non stressful experience.I would recommend them to everyone.

We have recently sold our house via the Ingleby Branch and to a man I cannot fault anybody in the office. Andrea and Manj mainly handled the viewings and sales progression but everyone was so patient and gave great advice whenever I needed it. As the house was empty we left everything to them including the viewings which made the whole process simple and stress free.
