TrustpilotSmith and Friends Hartlepool
I moved from Birmingham to Hartlepool. We bought a house through Smith and Frinds in Hartlepool. I was really concerned about being so far away through the process and not being able to liase in person, however i need not have worried. I was kept inormed every step of the way, first by Joanne and then as things progressed, by Rachel. All of my questions and queries were answered and things ran very smoothly for us. Thank you to all the team at Smith and Friends.

GoogleOur bedroom ceiling was damaged after a roof leak. Craig and his team from Belle Properties were fantastic. They called within a day being given the job and within 4 days the work was completely plastered and re-painted. They tidied up after themselves, and were polite and considerate of me working from home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
Thank you for your 5 star review. I will pass your thanks onto Craig and his team too. We use contractors that are attentive to our tenants needs as well as doing a good and efficient job for our landlords. Best Wishes Mark Smith Managing Director

TrustpilotSpeak to a manager if you have a problem
The manager of the Darlington branch was amazing when I contacted her but she shouldn’t have had to sort things out when she’s was off other staff should have done something about the situation I was constantly contacting them regarding instead of fobbing me off

A good partnership between agents and client. I felt comfortable to talk to the agents about the sale of our property and was kept up to date about the progress of the sale. The agents advertised the property but also mailed suitable buyers from their own database who may be interested. In all a positive experience and would use again,, thank you.
