GoogleHi, while renting home at 3 Tenby Court, 5 Moorland Road Croydon CR0 6HA, we have a very good experienced from Hassan. He reached on time on the said venue and showed 5 properties in the span of 3-4 hrs., which we never expected. He took us in his own car while travelling from South to East Croydon. Also he dropped us near to our venue. Hassan has given very clear information about all the properties. we have finalised the property at same day in 5 Hrs, which is due to Hassan only. GoogleMy Fiancée and I were looking for our first place together, I went in late December and gave my details and time we were looking at moving. As soon as we entered the time frame I mentioned Vanessa Van Den Beld was straight on the phone offering viewing for properties in our area. I found the perfect place online, rang up and we viewed, credit checked & referenced under 4 days We are a week away from the move itself but the process has been so quick and smooth so far I would suggest this estate agents to anyone. Vanessa herself is extremely helpful and understanding. 5 Stars!

GoogleHello, Me and my boyfriend were looking to move from Portsmouth, and after looking at loads of estate agents and speaking to a number of agents we were really disappointed with the search.Then my boyfriend found you guys. Your agent Lewis Hay was absolutely amazing!!! understood exactly what we were looking for and found us 2 amazing properties within our price range. He was Honest with us (not all agencies were) and kept us in the loop the whole way through. Although I couldn't be there most of the time due to work he was really understanding and professional with us, made us feel like he was working for our best interest rather then just to sell the property. Where do I start! I thought I was been pursued by bailiffs than an estate agent! Very pressured forceful, threatening way of sales and very very unprofessional! The property and Lettings market is moving fast paced because of these pressured and harassed agents! These people have no consideration that moving home and choosing a home is the biggest decision anyone will ever make! These sharks need to give tenants, and buyers breathing space and consideration that potential clients have busy work lifes and can not always respond to they pressured deadlines! Made by who ever the agent is!!! Unbelievable poor poor experience with pooles! Shame on you!

GoogleThey have rented us property in croydon without a washing machine and its over 20 days i have been calling and emailing them even escalated to the senoir members of the Croydon central branch but no one bothered to call or write back to us to update that if they are doing anything at all, feels like dealing with dead people. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

GoogleConstantly trying to get in touch multiple times for properties we were very keen on, only to get either no response, a call back within an unreasonable timeframe (i.e. after 5pm when I make contact 9/10am that same day, after I've already booked other viewings), or only a response to find out the house I was interested in and wanted to offer on was already sold. We are not even getting a chance to go view these houses when we make the initial early contact because there's just no response or sense of urgency, even though we have sold our house, are chain free and basically ready to go. Very disheartening and frustrating from a buyer's point of view.

GoogleMost unprofessional service of all our local estate agents. Having bought numerous houses over the years for rent the only estate agent I haven’t managed to secure a property through is Michael Poole. In my opinion they actively encourage price wars and gazumping. Over the last 12 months I have had 3 offers on 3 separate houses accepted on the understanding that they were taken off the market, only to receive notification within a day that higher offers had been accepted and asking if we would like to increase our offers. So be careful and very cautious and don’t get over exited thinking you have secured your new dream home as there maybe a sting in the tail round the corner
