GoogleVery happy with my experience, Emmanuel went above and beyond what was expected. Always punctual, responsive and professional. There was clear communication and follow-up throughout the whole process, and I was updated regularly with new listings I might be interested in. GoogleI have been liaising with Salma and I am lost for words at how above and beyond Salma goes to help. She has been so supportive and efficient as well as taking time out if her personal life to make sure everything is perfect. She even invited me to the office to help me complete the forms. Salma is the loveliest, most helpful and efficient person I have met whilst searching for a new home. She is incredible.

GoogleBradley Shape has been helping us look for our dream flat. One day he even stayed way past his working hours to show us a property and discuss with us how we would like to move forward. He's perfectly understood what our needs are and he's shown us properties that 100% meet our criteria. It's very hard to find such a professional and patient agent. I would definitely recommend working with him if you don't want to waste time and find your dream property.

GoogleI had a very short time to flat hunt. On my way down from Glasgow, Scotland at about 5pm on Monday, I contacted Bradley Snape, spoke about my interest in a property street ahead posted online, we booked a viewing for Wednesday as I only had two days and about ten viewings lined up with other agencies. Bradley was very down to earth and very friendly, this made the house viewing experience enjoyable. I was of the intention that I was only going to see one flat, but Bradley surpassed my expectation within the hour we blocked out for the viewing I saw 4 different properties within my location proximity and also within my budget. They all differed, one with a patio, one without but with a balcony, one with neither a patio or balcony. I was ready to pick one of the first three, however the last house viewed was the best, that i selected. I am glad I saw it last. It had both a balcony and a back garden the size of a 5- aside pitch, it is located within walking distance of both a train and tram station, and also surrounded by a park. I will be recommending street ahead to friends looking for a house and I strongly believe Bradley Snape is a great asset to the organisation, he even took out time to show me the Manor close to the property, such a great guy.

GoogleBradley Snape was amazing through my property search and I must say he is a real asset to the company! Very welcoming, polite, friendly and professional that made me feel at ease. He takes pride of his work and explained thoroughly everything, in future I will always go to Bradley. I can see him one day being a future regional manager/director and will go far in the company. Deserves a pay rise as I couldn’t speak more highly of him and will recommend him to friendls, family and colleagues.

GoogleCan't say enough good things about my experience with these guys, they talk the talk but they really walk the walk too...it has been a pleasure working with Danny, Catherine and Faye. Danny knows his market, he remains calm but quietly confident in all that he and his team can achieve, they really knocked it out the park for us, Catherine is Amazing on viewings she really gives you a sense that she knows the properties inside out and makes you feel at ease all the way through the buying and selling process, she is in her element. And lastly Faye great at keeping us informed of things never felt like we had to chase her for anything she is on top of her game..as a team their communication skills, effort levels and understanding of their clients is 2nd to none, even the staff that we didnt deal with were super friendly and always seemed happy to see us, 5 stars is not enough....would 100% recommend - Jeff

GoogleCatherine was extremely responsive, including during awkward hours, to questions we had about a property, and as the transaction has progressed. She also clearly set our expectations on next steps and timings very well. At no stage, whether at offer or conveyancer selection did we feel any sort of extra pressure. As a result, this has given us much confidence so far, which is greatly appreciated, and look forward to completing the transaction with her. Therefore highly recommend working with Catherine from a buyer's perspective.

GoogleWe are relocating from Scotland and were looking for a very cosy and well maintained house to make it "home" once we moved. Lynsey was very nice and helpful in making sure we secured the property that we really wanted. Being so far away, was rather limiting and we did something we never thought we would ever do: made an offer without viewing the property. We felt comfortable doing that based on the fantastic quality of the home reflected in the photos taken directly by agency and based on the assurances from streets ahead and Lynsey. We are so happy with our new property and we hope we'll be very happy in our new home. Thank you so much for all the help!

GoogleWe bought our house through Michael Poole 4 years ago and then 2 years ago I entered a competition thinking no-one ever wins....well I was the lucky winner. Due to covid we have only just been able to book the prize which was an overnight stay at Rockcliffe Hall with evening meals and breakfast. Included in this was £150 spending money to which I would like to say Michael Poole have been amazing. Thankyou so much for your generosity and keeping in touch throughout ❤ we can't wait to go and get pampered.

GoogleGlad I didn't put my house on the market with Michael Poole, they don't answer the phone ever, tried 4 branches all the same, they send you a text message asking what properties you wish to view, we had 5 that we liked, and they have not replied even after I asked a guy in the lettings department to try for us 3 hours later, he said he would get in touch with the 4 branches and chase them up, heard absolutely nothing back, how o earth are you supposed to sell your house if they don't respond to your request, dreadful service

GoogleRead the small print - contract tied in for 6 months. Lots of cancelled appointments and I was doing the chasing. Diane was very agressive and cared more about my buyers than myself as the seller....was told to pay for the buyers gas and electric certificates, thankfully a tradesman told me this should be done by the buyer not the seller to which Diane said 'so you're not going to pay?'! Then threatend by Diane that I should break the chain and exchange on a day I was going on holiday so I did not loose the buyer - otherwise known as their commision. Great for them, as I did this, my things are now in storage for over 2 months, as rest of chain still not completed! AVOID - they just care about the commission not the seller.

GoogleAbsolutely A* Diane was amazing! It was not one of the smoothest processes but she was patient , knowledgeable and understanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was extremely supportive. As for the company as a whole, well I can see why they are one of the most popular estate agents in the area! They sold our property within a week after previously being on with another agent for 7 weeks. They have our vote! Thank you so much!

They also have a text messaging service for when you are selling a property to keep you up dated which is good. The process of selling a house can be slow but Andrea continued to update me and settle me when I was worried...I’m hoping to complete this side of Christmas then Michael Poole will give me the best Christmas present thank you

FacebookRecently had to sell our Dad's house after he passed away, it has been a very emotional & distressing time but i would just like to say that i would highly recommend them . We used the Stockton office & mainly dealt with Shannon who has been very understanding, helpful, friendly & professional. She has always kept us fully informed every step of the way with phone calls , emails etc. They done all the viewings for us which was a very big help. Thank you very much for making an awful time as stress free as possible.

GoogleI've sold a couple of properties though streets ahead now and wouldn't go anywhere else! I got a great price both times, couldn't actually be happier. The service has been great. They really know their stuff! Faye Godfrey has been amazing. She has ensured it's all gone exceptionally smoothly, going above and beyond what Is typically expected to push it all through as fast as possible for both me, the vendor, and the buyer. I especially love her unique and laid back approach which has been a real calming influence during an obviously stressful period dealing with solicitors and freeholders etc. She is very warm and friendly, and always gets back to you when it seems even ones solicitor can't be bothered..
