GoogleDreadful customer service. During a pandemic where the advice is to do virtual viewings if possible, many properties have no room sizes, virtual videos or floor plans on the site. Impolite staff answering telephone enquiries and, the clincher, allowing 15 minutes to view a property before the next people turn up with no cleaning done in between! Absolutely against all the guidelines. 8 couples one day every 15 minutes and 10 the following.NegativeProfessionalism

RUBBISH, absolutely joke of a company couldn't get a viewing of a property that had just gone on the market ,so i offered asking price without viewing to be told the seller isnt taking offers until viewings.Then get a phone call to say sold ,since then i spoke to the seller which is a old lady that told me she never even knew i had made an offer,absolutely bent and back handers come to mind (eston branch) LIES LIES LIES

Middlesbrough branch-This estate agency treats people looking for tenancy as dirt. The would keep you in dark and are not at all reliable. Would not tell you any probable timeline for start of tenancy/moving but will advertise the property as immediately available. After weeks of chasing phone calls, online viewing, tenancy application and going through the secret lottery of choosing the prospective tenant, they took holding deposit, did references and one about week before moving date withdrew tenancy paperwork citing landlord wants to sell.I was left dumbstruck...My whole joining week of the new job was spent in finding a place to rent.Time wasters.....They do not value the time for renters.

What a complete waste of time! I tried to get in touch with the sales department several times with no answer (i probably shouldn't have taken the hint after this as usually, the sale team are always enthusiastic about new business), when they finally picked up the phone, i requested an evaluation and they gave me a few date options. As the house is currently tenanted, i needed to confirm the dates with the tenant before locking in the dates and once again needed a few attempts before being able to connect. After a few more back and forth, i was told the earliest appointment to match the tenant's convenient time was about 2 weeks of waiting. We fixed a date and time accordingly (this was meant to be Tuesday 26th). There hasn't been a single follow up since then I even called up twice yesterday(Thursday) but was told the agent was busy. Don't bother wasting your time here. The only reason I got in touch was because i was referred by another trusted estate agent but have to say this is the worst sales department in any industry I've ever come across.

The whole expirience is just dissapointing. Contracted to sell my house with Michael Poole Sadly wrongly valued which misslead the whole sale . Above estate agent does not have time to show property around athough charging 3 k fee for that type of service. Several people walked away from viewings or knowcked on my doors without appointment or three 4 couples trying to view without estate agent being there not organized at all . And time for organizeing viewings above 2 weeks due to calendar issues.! The job is simple and cant be done .. advert running after taking property of the market for week costing people again knocking on doors . Dissapointed not sold would not use again in future ..
