What a brilliant letting agency, easily the best i have interacted with. Alex from the Storrington branch couldn't have been more of a help. Out of all of the agencies we spoke to, and all the agents we dealt with Alex was stand out wonderful. This could have been a very stressful time for us as we have a slightly unique financial situation but he made us feel so optimistic, and helped at every opportunity. He was an absolute delight to speak to and I honestly don't think there is anything he could have done to make this a smoother process, completely stand out service. Thank you so much for your kind and helpful correspondence and overall cheerful manner throughout, sending us properties and keeping us in mind. We are over the moon with the property we have finalised on. I have no doubt Alex will go far within the company and deserves all the best. Thank you again, it really made all the difference for us going through the process of renting again.

GoogleI have recently let a house through Henry Adams. I have found them to be extremely professional and also very helpful. They found me good trades people and often liaised with them on my behalf. They gave service over and above what I had expected. Melissa was always friendly and efficient and made the process as stress free as possible. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We had a great experience with Henry Adams when renting a property, Alex Bush at the Storrington branch was friendly, approachable and kept us up to date with everything we needed to know. Henry Adams in general felt very different to the norm with letting agents who usually couldn't care less and just build up as many random fees as possible. We even got a cute little welcome box with some treats in and a card which I felt was a lovely touch. Our experience was a breeze from start to finish and we would definitely use Henry Adams again.

Well, what can we say! If we could give the whole sales team at Henry Adams Selsey 50 stars, we would! They held our hand through the rough patches we experienced in selling our bungalow, (no fault of theirs, just the general public’s flippant attitude towards everything nowadays it seems!), and they supported us through to a very satisfactory conclusion. They also went above and beyond with their customer service towards us, in checking our empty property was ok after several storms, collecting post, taking meter readings for us etc etc. They really put our minds at rest whenever we had any worries or issues. We can’t recommend them highly enough! If you are looking for brilliant customer service, from a trustworthy, empathic team, you won’t go far wrong in giving Kev, Matt or Tracy a call at Henry Adams, Selsey. Never ever would I deal with this company again. Their unprofessional and completely uncaring attitude throughout my dealings with them has left a very bitter taste. I have never dealt with such difficult agents who have showed not one iota of decent customer service. I am just so saddened and disappointed. I would like to praise and recommend HENRY ADAMS STORRINGTON LETTINGS. Alex Bush especially was extremely helpful from the onset, explaining procedures and helping with any queries we had. He made us feel confident that we would find a letting which would enable us to sell our house. Alex made the process easy to understand and kept us informed of progress at all times. He was a delight to deal with and I would highly recommend Alex at Henry Adams if you wish to rent.

Really disappointing interaction with Henry Adams when we were looking for a holiday rental for 2 weeks in July 2025. We consciously wanted to try alternatives to AirBnB, so contacted Henry Adams. Despite many properties 'appearing' to be available, in reality they were not. Combine this with some slow responsiveness from Henry Adams and it took us 3 weeks for Henry Adams to tell us they couldn't help us. Went back and booked with AirBnB

We initially dealt with Alex from the Storrington branch, he was exactly what you would hope for, very polite and courteous, and he had a good knowledge of the property, landlord and surrounding area. Alex was more than happy to answer our endless questions during the process and kept us informed on the progress of our application. An utterly nice young man. We have also met and spoken to a number of other members of the team including Emma and James who have helped us with questions and some requests for permission which they have facilitated with the landlord. The polite and friendly disposition is shared by the whole team. I would recommend Henry Adams to anyone, landlord or tenant, buyer or seller, you will be in safe hands.
