Henry Adams Letting Agent for property owners

I have used Henry Adams Letting Agent at Storrington for approximately 12 years for the letting and finding of new tenants for my property. Recently my flat was vacated. Alex Bush of the Storrington office speedily found new tenants. During the last few months Alex has been most helpful, friendly and efficient at the same time professional. Along with the manager James Riley they provide a well organised ,competent and caring team that I would highly recommend without any hesitation.

Needed to move from Hove to Haywards Heath due to work. Tried several letting agents with not much luck then found Henry Adams.I found them so pleasant and very helpful right from the start. They soon found me the ideal property which was fantastic.All was going well until my past was causing problems and I thought I lost the property but that wasn't to be the case Lucy was so understanding and went out of her way to sort things out she was fantastic and because of Lucy and Henry Adams iam now sitting in the property very happy writing this review. Was taken to a property they had listed as available and was told the next Monday that they have an existing person renting through them and that she had priority over anyone else to have that property which I found disgusting customer service then offerd me her old flat she was moving out off. Terrible customer service along which that the agent didn’t have a clue about the property anyway

Really disappointing experience with…

Really disappointing experience with Henry Adam trying to sell our property. On three occasions, we've not heard back, despite direct emails and follow up emails. Told it due to a system error. Needless to say we wouldn't recommend this agent for a consistent communication, which is critical if selling your property.
