Louise discussed all options as in putting the house on the market or putting up for auction. Overall Louise had provided a first class professional service, thank you very much, I would definitely recommend Darlows. our house was only on the market for 3 weeks and has now been sold.

Lucky i couldnt put no stars!! Will not call you with updates or even when u request a call back! Communication is shocking, quick enough taking the money to do absolutely nothing. Ended up doing everything my self with solicitors and baristas! Even when keys were suppose to be handed in at a certain time (court orders) they still didn’t have any communication or idea what was going on! Rung on number of occasions to see if they had the keys. Promised to give a call back when they “have information” still waiting! Absolutely shocking and a waste of time AND MONEY!

They use employees for good reviews if you notice most are new and only reviewed once and they are the worst money grabbing company I’ve dealt with. I was told a date in writing when to move out and when I gave keys they said it should have been sooner even though I gave evidence they took from my deposit. they are thieves and you have no option as they hold your money. never use them and even told landlord to go somewhere else absolutely incompetent

Sold our house through Darlows in Merthyr. Great service from the team there (Stephen, Sarah and Louise). Sarah kept us updated throughout and was easily contactable. Stephen and Louise were also always on hand when needed at various stages so overall very happy with the service. Charges always seem a little high.....but maybe we could have gone with a cheaper option and be writing a horror review....so you get what you pay for I guess :-) !

Possibly the worst estate agent we have…

Possibly the worst estate agent we have ever had the misfortune to deal with. We bought a property with Darlows and the service was dismal from start to finish. Phone calls frequently not returned, emails often unanswered, promises broken and inaccurate or misleading information provided about the property purchased. Eventually we had to ask local residents for the information we required. Their Llanishen branch was often closed and I was not the only one to decide to drive to the branch after days of trying to get hold of someone. The office was closed when I got there but another lady was banging the door in frustration at not being able to get hold of anyone for weeks on end, hoping someone would come down from upstairs. When they did I found the property we were purchasing still advertised for sale inside, months after having our offer accepted. We both left urgent messages to be contacted but still no one got in touch with me. Staff need better training and customer service needs serious attention.
