GoogleI rented my house in Tylorstown in August with the help of Oliver and Kara from the Merthyr office. Since the tenants have moved in, Hayley from Property management has taken over the day to day running of the tenancy. She has been very professional and has sorted out a couple of issues i had. GoogleSarah has been outstanding! From the beginning Sarah has been on hand to answer all of our questions in a professional yet personable manner. After we were let down by our first agent, we were hesitant to contact another for fear of being sold yet another unrealistic sales patter... how wrong were we?! Sarah gave an honest but constructive review of our property and helped us understand where our previous agent went wrong. She promised to sell our house within a short period of time... within a week she had! Darlows have made the process of selling so easy by using online forms and ensured there was an appropriate level of contact throughout. We can not praise nor thank Sarah enough for her efforts and have no qualms im recommending Darlows to future sellers. Thank you Sarah!!

GoogleDarlows Merthyr were great with arranging an evening viewing for us after work. We’ve found a lot of other estates aren’t very flexible with viewings at the moment. Aliyah has been fab, very professional and friendly. She has kept us up date with everything going on and always quick to respond to queries. GoogleI have been in contact with Nicole at Darlows Merthyr for 2 days. I told her I had a week to find somewhere to rent due to a separation. Today she took me to a property which was perfect for my son and I. After viewing at 2:30, I secured the property at 3:15pm. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her today!
