Anyone thinking of renting their property or needing to rent a property through Darlows should stay clear of them. Their service is worse than appalling and they never answer emails or telephone calls. They are a complete shower of charlatans who are happy to take money but do nothing in return. If they approach you then run like the wind in an opposite direction. You use them at your peril.

During this Covid situation I have had some issues with the property, so sent an email not sure if I’d get a response. Well I was wrong I received a phone call back from Chloe who was polite professional and caring. She was more than helpful in doing her best to sort out the issues for me. GoogleOnly downside about darlows is that they often take a long time to get back to you. However, Zoe, the person handling my tenancy was fantastic. Managed to get a good property incredibly fast. Constantly polite, reassuring and professional.
