I have recently chosen my new home and used the company for all of the necessities entailed with renting a new property. This can be a very stressful process, but today the entire affair was wrapped up very nicely as I had the pleasure of meeting with Sam McAllister. The manner in which he conducted our inventory etc was highly professional, and he went above and beyond to answer any questions and queries that I had. A very friendly, approachable and well informed man, who has overall left a fantastic impression on behalf of the company. After being wished well in my new property, he left me with an overall great impression and looking forward to my new tennancy. Thank you!

i found the experience of letting with Darlows really easy, the online portal kept me in the loop and I felt really reassured through the whole process, as first time letters i was understandably nervous and the staff really helped to ease my worries. Flat fair is a wonderful scheme which reduces the deposit down to a small nonrefundable payment which I would 100% recommend. Overall. really happy! the admin fees was pretty small compared to a lot of other agency's as well.

We used Darlows Estate Agents to find a tenant for my Mum's house when she was about to move into sheltered housing recently. I called them in the morning and the next day they showed three prospective tenants around. All of whom were interested in renting the property! Before we knew it, a tenant had been referenced, credit-checked and a moving-in date was organised. Everything happened so fast! Darlows were incredibly efficient. Nicole in the office was courteous and chatty every time she called. And Oliver , who did the showing around and signing of contracts 'stuff', was the perfect gentleman. All in all I couldn't be more pleased with the way the tenant-finding service went. They are managing the property now for us as we live a little distance away. Perhaps I'll come back and do another review in a few months' time, when I'll know more about their property management abilities. So far, so good though!
