Went to see a flat viewing and tried to contact 7 times saying that i wanted to rent the flat. I was told that someone would call me back but i was never contacted. I then saw that the flat was taken by checking rightmove. Very unprofessional and really bad communication

From viewing the property, second viewing, negotiating a price suitable for us, answering general questions and advising to use their in branch mortgage advisor Jarred (who is also fantastic). Sarah couldn't do enough for us and everything was done so efficiently and professional.

GoogleWe really didn’t want to have to write a bad review because for the moving in process they were great. A year down the line when we’re experiencing issues they just don’t want to know. We have tried emailing, calling and no one comes back to us. This has been going on months and as a tenant it leaves you feeling very unsupported.

I first started speaking with Nicole from the Merthyr branch of Darlows approximately 6-8 months ago with a view to buying a property and letting it out. Due to the pandemic and restictions, it has took much longer than I had hoped to secure a property, but I have been really grateful of the initial advice Nicole provided me with, and the advice given in relation to properties I have been considering, despite her knowing that I didnt have instant business to give to Darlows. I have found her to provide excellent customer service and she has been amazing in her efficiency and quick responses. I have every confidence in her and look forward to her managing my property.
