Darlows have provided me with excellent Customer Service recently, when the charming Nicole (who completed all the letting paperwork for me in an alarmingly efficient manner!) brought the first prospective tenants to view on saturday; within 45 minutes they had agreed to take the place on a 12 month term - what could be better?Seriously impressed with the whole team, and my grateful thanks to them for all their efforts behind the scene.

GoogleI asked for a review of my property for the rental market. Nicole came out and gave us an estimate promptly and explained the process in a friendly professional manner. I would highly recommend Darlows to anyone either selling or renting, the staff are just lovely people to work with and they do work hard for you behind the scenes!

Where do I start except… AVOID.!They were nothing but unhelpful when purchasing through them, advertised a property dimensions incorrect!Rhys, Adam & Matthew are completely incompetent.Won’t go in to it but most definitely wouldn’t sell or buy a property through Darlows Rumney or Darlows in General!We are currently in talks with our solicitors due to their awful service!

GoogleMe and my business partner had a hard time getting any response at all on our phone calls and emails. This letting agent is not helpful when the tenants made damages to the property and filled the front with trash. After their contractor made works on the property, we had to redo them. We don´t recommend this letting agent.

I mainly dealth with a colleague called emma. However did speak to various other people. Me and my partner are letting a new place down the bay and the service we have recieved from the team is second to none especially since the country was on lockdown at the time of us applying and moving. Couldnt ask for a better service and will. Be using darlows again in future
