Gareth Coleman has been great throughout resolving a deposit dispute on a large HMO with 7 tenants. The tenants were particularly challenging but Gareth persisted & acted professionally, keeping me in the loops through every stage of the process.Managed to come to a reasonable amicable conclusions without having to escalate to the TDS.Gareth is an asset to the property management team.

GoogleCan’t fault Darlows. The agent, Iestyn Powell, was very friendly when we viewed the house in New Tredegar. He was knowledgeable about the property and allowed us to take in the property at our leisure and was nearby to answer our questions. He’s a credit to Darlows.

Tristram gave us sound, practical advice to us as first time landlords and Emma was efficient when the tenants were found. Communication has been good considering the trying times we are in. We particularly like the emails that re iterate what has been discussed on the phone so that we have a record of events. Tayah has been pleasant and efficient.

I recently sold my property through a more reputable agent. Since my house has been on the market and sold I have been bombarded with unwanted phone calls from Darlows. I’ve asked on three of these occasions to remove me from their call list and have been told they would do this, yet I continue to get calls. I’ve asked how they obtained my mobile phone number and was told I must have supplied it on their website. I’ve never been on their website. I have reported the GDPR breaches. I would not recommend this business as they clearly throw personal information around and can’t perform simple tasks. Very poor.

GoogleI’m a first time buyer and had little knowledge of what to expect! I’ve spoken to lots of estate agents but none have put the time and effort in that sarah from darlows has! She had been very attentive and reassuring and is very honest! . Sarah has listened to want I want and is working very hard to support me through the process! I’ve received lots of good advice and am very happy with service I’ve received so far. Would highly recommend darlows in Merthyr Tydfil.

GoogleFrom the moment I met Jessica Davies she made me comfortable and I felt I could be truly honest with her as to how I felt about properties I viewed. She did not judge me or make me feel I was wasting her time which other estate agents have done. She understands a house ''has to feel right''. Darlows also sold my previous house and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for all your help and the help to come in finding my forever home. :-)

We have found Darlows to be efficient and extremely helpful right from the initial visit. We have had good lettings advice and they have kept up communication between us and the tenant. We found Sam McAllister to be so polite and friendly when we had a query the other day, he promptly phoned and asked how everything was going. The company staff seem to communicate with each other very well and messages always get where they’re supposed to go.
