GoogleNow that my sale has concluded, I can give an actual response. Issues experienced: Overpriced the value of our house so we'd use them over other estate agents. House wasn't sold anywhere near their original price. Asked for a few days to consider when we had a price reduction during a sale. In the meantime they sent someone to take our signs down pressuring us to carry on with the sale.. On the morning of each viewing the estate agents called to ask if we'd rather show the viewers around the house instead of them. This kind of defeats the point in using an estate agent? Despite our house selling lower than the original price, they invoiced my solicitors with the full estate agents fees, despite the contract saying that the final fees are adjusted based on the sale. Then they're willfully ignorant that they own contract says this, despite having it in front of their own eyes. So far they've kept this moneyNegativeProfessionalism

As you have indicated you will now be contacting The Property Ombudsman, we will deal with them upon their request for information.

GoogleI started the process with Tom, who was very hard to get in touch with and did not answer emails or return calls very promptly. When I switch to Hollie, things did improve and she seems much more efficient. As I am conducting my business with them long distance, and this is my first experience of renting out a property, it is nice to be kept up to date in a timely manner.
