Unprofessional, poor communication, although a couple of the agents were very nice people and polite ( the nice people have since left..). Overall I would not recommend selling with Darlows Llanishen. They even have the cheek to keep ringing me about "my property search" when the sale of my flat has fallen through!

GoogleI am just about use Darlows for the second year for my rental property. Having been with a previous letting agent who left us thousands of pounds out of pocket who were not managing it correctly, repeatedly broke their contract and is due in a small claims in March we were very worried to sign up to another agent. Darlows have been great even though we manage the property ourselves now but have used Darlows for marketing and contacts etc they have been nothing but helpful. I have been dealing with Louis Pugh and shes been so professional, quick to reply and nothing is to much trouble.

Avoid DARLOWS AT ALL COST Absolutely appalling experience with Darlows. Every interaction is a struggle. They consistently pass me from person to person, with no one seeming to know what's going on or who's in charge. The lack of professionalism is staggering. It's been TWO YEARS and my case is still unresolved. Communication is non-existent - no updates, no follow-through. My solicitors won't even deal with them directly. If you value your sanity, stay away from Darlows. Utterly disappointing and unprofessional service. Spent £2000 on solicitors and surveys, If you're a manager at Darlows HQ, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME. I demand answers and resolution. Darlows, you've had your chance to fix this - now it's time to take responsibility.
