Me and my girlfriend are first time renters and was very hesitant at the start however darlows made the experience extremely easy and effortless. Ollie the estate agent has been a huge help getting answers as quick as possible and super polite towards me and my Girlfriend. Really good work ethic!! If anyone else is a first time renter and is worried about the process then I would highly recommend Darlows.

GoogleMy husband and I have recently sold our house with Darrow’s Merthyr Tydfil. We found Sarah very professional and assuring when she visited us. Within two weeks of being put on the market Louise came with a viewing and the house was sold. From then on Louise dealt with us and was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend Darrow’s but it was rather expensive. Mr and Mrs M Jones

GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. So I got asked by kara too leave a review, however I have nothing good to say, she contacted myself telling me that the landlord was happy and my client could have the keys on the 25th with just holding deposit to be paid, she told me to phone the next day to pay deposit as if I paided it online I'd have too pay it twice(obviously they systems are outdated) I then recieved a phone call off a morgan due too the affordability checker they use my client wouldn't pass for property baring in mind my client already handed in notice to current property, the rent was only £750 with my client having to pay a short fall of £280 when he receives £1800 a month they say he couldn't afford, the affordability checker needs changing, as for karaoke saying he had the property she needs to be sent on a training week, unprofessional from the start property was in bad condition back garden needed fencing and in a area where crime rate is that bad you got police potroling every night, really need to do your research into areas, stating its a good family area when it's total opposite
