This is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. If you’re considering renting a property they manage, be warned. They’ve taken triple rent payments by ‘mistake’ ignored my emails, and their property managers are consistently unhelpful and passive-aggressive. Save yourself the trouble and run.

Perception, service and fun!

As all good real estate agents do, Lydia first tested me by showing me a few properties to gauge what really interested me. Then she found the perfect apartment to suit my tastes and needs. From the moment I decided to let the apartment, Lydia was there to guide me through the process, which was a bit more difficult than usual, as I'm located overseas as is the owner. She helped me cut a mutually agreeable deal with the owner, got the paperwork through the "system" and responded to all my questions, no matter how trivial they might have been. I always felt in sure hands. And she always did it in good spirit. I always felt like her only customer, although I'm sure there are many. Many thanks for a great experience!

Matthew has been extraordinarily helpful to me in finding a new apartment. I have been dealing with several real estate agents in London lately, and I have to say that he has done the best job of all. Even when he was taken ill from the office, he made the effort to stay in contact via email once it was important to get me into the new apartment asap. He has done very well in every aspect of the apartment search and the final process of moving in (contract, landlord communication, etc.). Amazing!

A credit to the profession!

I have worked with a variety of agents both letting and buying throughout London over the last 10 years and Matthew is the single best professional I have ever dealt with in property. His approach to dealing with me was to actually listen and understand my needs and tailor the experience and suggestions to what I personally was looking for. That intelligent, professional approach meant that I found the exact style of property I was looking for. After this, his speed and accuracy of execution was fantastic and he made sure everything was completed in a timely manner. There are a plethora of mediocre agents out there and the whole experience dealing with Matthew has been a huge breath of fresh air. I am already recommending him to friends who will soon be looking for properties in London and I would advise anyone reading this to deal with him as a priority before others!

I approach CBRE about viewing interest in a former HSBC property Broadwater Worthing i have been fobbed off saying they are giving back the lease where the property was available this has been going on for 2 years ive requested viewing and been totally ignored i see now they have put the property under offer they are not interested in local business i run a successful business looking to expand into Worthing i would not recommend this company

The worst property management company... If you are renting and CBRE will become your property manager, think twice!!! They increased the rent during my 2-year 'fixed term' tenancy. Although it's unlawful to increase the rent during a fixed term contract, they threatened to kick out from the flat by using the break clause. At the end of the tenancy they wanted to charge 700£ (ie. each water drip mark 35£) for the wears & tears without a bill and the case went to DTS who decided that all are irrelevant and can be also removed by cleaning and therefore they only cut the cleaning fee from the deposit and returned the majority.
