I am an overseas owner of my first property in UK.. I went through whole purchase & letting while I was not physically present.. Comparing to the experiences I had with different parties throughout every stage of the whole process, the part to deal with Matthew was the most pleasant one. He is fast , precise & very clear with all the issues need to be attended.
