Although the process is still ongoing, they have worked hard so far to make it straightforward and stress-free. I’m excited to move into my new home.

GoogleFantastic service and communication, I would highly recommend. I have used other estate agents in the past and these are by far the best. The are open and honest and created far more viewings than the previous company.

GoogleThomas Jackson's service is outstanding! As first time buyers, they have supported us every step of the way, going above and beyond with assisting with solicitors. They ensured we could view our new home on multiple visits, they answered any questions we had and always responded quickly and clearly. The whole team are fantastic and we would highly recommend them. Patience and kindness goes a long way and with Thomas Jackson it comes in abundance.
Thank you so very much for all the support and helping us to achieve our dream of having our own home.

GoogleOur experience with Thomas Jackson was amazing and we would highly recommend them. From first viewing of the property through to completion of our purchase, the whole team were professional, caring, considerate and actually just lovely to deal with. They went out of their way to accommodate us and are even at the end of the phone supplying us with trades numbers for our various home projects long after our purchase was complete. 100% 5 star rating. Well done TJ.

GoogleMy wife and I recently sold our home through Thomas Jackson. The kind, friendly, knowledgeable staff really helped to make the whole experience a fantastic one.
Our move was possibly more complicated than most and there were times I worried it would all fall through, but the calm professionalism and wealth of expertise from all the team, really helped to set my mind at ease. Thomas Jackson, with their warm welcoming approach really helped to smooth the seas and make the whole experience an enjoyable one.
By far the best part about Thomas Jackson is their communication. I didn't have to chase them up about anything because they always kept me in the loop with weekly updates - this was wonderfully refreshing, and it let me know they were on the ball all the time.
I would highly recommend this fantastic estate agent.

GoogleThere are so many laws and health and safety requirements involved if you want to let a property now and it is so easy to be on the wrong side of the law.
Hannah from Thomas Jackson took that burden away for me.
I have opted for full management and compared to other agencies their prices are very competitive.
Great communication and value for money

GoogleCan’t thank the team enough. From start to finish we felt 100% supported. From Darren listing the property, Casey showing buyers around, Sam negotiating the deal and Anne going well above and beyond with sales progression, we can’t thank the team enough. Clearly teamwork, rather than the usual individual salesman. Will recommend to anyone looking to sell.. a five star very well deserved.

GoogleA word of advice specifically to all first time buyers, avoid Thomas Jackson like the plague. I shall be posting an in depth analysis of my shockingly poor, cynical experience with them fairly shortly. In a word however, lamentable.
