GoogleGreat service by Thomas Jackson for a valuation on our home. Unlike other agents they made no attempt to push me into making a decision about selling and were very respectful about our situation. They came across as caring and genuine not purely driven by sales targets to meet thier need. Would definitely recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleGreat estate agent. After dealing with so many people in the industry that would feed me and my partner lies and lead us on. Both myself and my partner agree that these guys were lovely to deal with. I recommend them. It was a long long process (probate) but throughout they were very helpful. Thank you all so much!

GoogleWhat I like about these guys more than anything, they are trying to work with both landlord and tenant fairly and Sam works very hard to make that happen plus she’s lovely -definitely goes beyond reasonable effort. Will use again in future.

GoogleReally clear and prompt communication, and they do that bit extra, like Samantha dragging herself out to show us the flat we're now in, late on a Saturday afternoon. Outstanding, I had more contact with Hannah, and she was very helpful.

GoogleSam and Alex provided a wonderful professional, efficient and friendly service. They took all the stress out of our house purchase experience, with regular updates every step of the way. GoogleThomas Jackson were recommended to me by a friend and I found them to be excellent during the time we worked together. Giving that personal touch that you probably wouldn't get from a bigger chain agent. They find the right tenants to match your property, offer advice when needed and help with maintenance contacts too, all at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend them!
