GoogleWe would highly recommend Thomas Jackson, having purchased a property through their Cliftonville Branch, there were a few issues along the way that could not have been predicted and not within Thomas Jackson or our own control. Communication was excellent every step of the way which is incredibly important when selling your home and our mind was put at rest quickly with any queries we had. FacebookExchanged contracts today after a very long and tedious wait. A chain of 8 in total with a promise from the chain of a completion before the end of September. This was never going to happen as the Team at Thomas Jackson unearthed extra links, plus a total catalogue of disasters lower in the chain. The teamwork and honesty saved my sale, purchase and more importantly my sanity. I am fully qualified to express an opinion as I am also a staff member at Thomas Jackson. The importance of teamwork and empathy shown to me as a team member has been amazing. We never forget the stress of moving or the annoyance of a chain, the way your agent deals with such situations is often overlooked as everyone forgets the after sales service, all that is seen is the front end marketing. GoogleAn Estate Agent needs to be both fantastic for the seller, and for the buyer - which is a hard balance sometimes because of various conflict of interest issues. Thomas Jackson strikes the balance perfectly, from a buyers perspective they are trustworthy, ethical, honest and professional. They take care of the buyer to ensure that they are treated with respect and taken seriously whilst for the seller perspective also making sure that the sale is to be a confident sale from a motivated buyer. GoogleWe have used Thomas Jackson to manage our properties for at least the last eight years and are very impressed by the efficient but personal service they provide. Our properties are checked every six months as stated in the tenancy agreements, we receive a written report and photographs so we can pick up on any faults that the tenants don't report. Their advice is always clear and helpful. We have been extremely happy with the calibre of tenant they have found us. We are not big landlords but we are made to feel that our relationship is important to them.
