FacebookI have used Thomas Jackson for a number of years now for finding tenants or selling properties and they always provide a 1st class service at very competitive rates. This time the team have sold a property for me and as always the service has been top notch. In my opionion thier service is the best available in the area, as team is local and independent they can offer you a very tailored service to individual needs. They really care about thier clients and the service they provide, this was demonstrated by the level of commitment they put into selling my property. The excellent communications they provided between all the relevant parties made a super smooth and faultless transaction. I cannot thank the team enough for all the hard work and time they put into selling my property. I would not hesitate to recommend Thomas Jackson and have done on many occasions. GoogleWell, the whole team at this estate agents are something special. During a recent sale in Margate, where we couldn't participate much from our home in Spain, they took over and organised /dealt with everything. "Customer ownership " is a failing concept these days and it is an absolute joy to be able to work with people who really understand what it means and immerse themselves in it. It's a family firm and it shows. All my initial questions were answered on a Sunday afternoon - and the job was theirs. From then on , Sam, Darren, Kelly and Alex ( special medal - he knows why ) worked with us tirelessly. We highly recommend this wonderful company. Googlewe have nothing but good things to say about these guys. we recently moved into a property we are renting through them and they've been nothing but helpful even though we've had some difficulties with our previous agent. we were very nervous to move again after being let down so badly by our previous agent. but we felt so looked after by Thomas Jackson who kept us up to date and chased things for us and we know we can drop them an email if we have any worries and will get a response. the property was spotless with an accurate inventory which was a huge relief to us. thankyou so much for all you've done for us so far!

GoogleAbsolute joke of an Estate Agent. Arrange an appointment to view a property and they don't have the decency to show. Not only that but when you try to ring the office to find out where they are nobody answers the phone. Eventually after waiting for 15 minutes I decide to drive to the office only to find it closed and what I can only describe as a 12yr old in his dad's suit stood outside, apparently he worked there but was locked out, hence why nobody answered the phone. What was even more infuriating about 20mins later I received a call from the office, an appropriate adult must have arrived to open up. To be told the "Manager" had been outside the property for 15 minutes and I hadn't arrived but she would be happy to overlook my mistake and rebook and appointment. Ha ha. So the manager is either incompetent and went to the wrong address or just couldn't be arsed to turn up. Anyway safe to say I'd rather live in a box then have anything to do with Thomas Jackson.
I am deeply saddened to read your review and I trust you will allow me this opportunity to respond. Thomas Jackson has built its 12 years reputation of excellent customer service on its attention to detail. What you have experienced was totally unacceptable and you can be assured that I have taken immediate action and lessons have been learnt following a debrief with the team.

GoogleThomas Jackson is a family-run estate agent company and all the better for it. If you are making decision on which estate agent to choose in the Cliftonville/Margate area, look no further. Always contactable and extremely professional, we knew we had made the right decision in choosing them to represent us right from the start. Having the personal touch from a family-run business goes a long way compared to the typical results-led, sales-pitch attitude you get from the bigger firms, and they get the job done with the minimum of fuss. I cannot recommend them highly enough. And, added to which, they are all really nice people!

GoogleIf you want a good sales chaser Kelly is brilliant. If there is an issue with the property you are buying make sure you get it all in writing, just because they tell you they have tape recorded phone calls & they will sort it means nothing !!! They dont want to know especially after they get the agent fee .
