With this being the first time I moved out to live on myself I was unsure on what I needed to do. Maria who works at the Mansfield branch could not of made the experience any smoother and was full of useful and helpful information about moving into a new home. Not only did Maria ensure I was fully updated, she followed up any problems or issues in a professional and timely manner. Along side this, when entering the branch all the staff were friendly and helpful making the whole journey amazing, not to mention how happy I am with my new house!! Completed on my sale last week. It wasn’t the most straightforward of experiences due to an unexpected issue with title deeds but Frank Innes made things as easy and painless as they possibly could. Always friendly, professional and efficient and reassuring when necessary. Whoever I spoke to was always lovely but Hannah and Ebony in particular always seemed completely on the ball, responding to queries promptly and helping with chasing wherever possible. I would use Frank Innes again and recommend them to anyone else selling in the Mansfield area. Thank you to everyone who helped with my sale.

My wife and I have recently completed a sale and purchase with the Frank Innes team in Mansfield and were blown away by the service we received. I am well aware that estate agents don’t always get the best press, so I will admit to feeling some trepidation as we embarked on the process of buying out new property and selling our old one. I am happy to report, however, that the service we received from the Mansfield team was absolutely first class. From putting in the initial offer to finally closing on the deal they were absolutely first rate. Samuel Caxton really did a tremendous job for us and was genuinely a pleasure to deal with. We were struck at first by just how accommodating he was in allowing us additional visits to the property when he was clearly busy with other matters. But he came into his own during and extremely stressful exchange and completion process where I seemed to have contact with him on a near daily basis. He really went above and beyond and showed a huge amount of patience and understanding as he guided us through what was happening and worked to unblock some very significant issues at the start of our chain which threatened to collapse the whole thing. By the end we was personally chasing up mortgage advisors and was actually more help than our own solicitor in helping to close the deal. Had we cheaped out on an online agent and not had Sam in our corner I really think the whole thing would have collapsed. So if you are wondering about the additional cost of using a 'proper' agent, don't be. You get what you pay for and we had more than our money's worth out of the first-rate Sam and his colleagues.

Without exception, the staff provide a professional, efficient and personable service when sourcing new tenants, completing inventory checklists and securing deposits. They respond quickly when we need their advice and their answers are always supported by their knowledge of the area and the customers within it. No more was this the case than towards the end of March 2020, when the conveyancing world had gone into lockdown and we urgently needed help to ensure tenants had a home to move into. Even though staff were WFH, their support was exemplary. Secondly, as buyers. We used Frank Innes for the first time, to secure a purchase. last year. Their advice on the local area and when negotiating, highlighted their perceptive knowledge of current market trends, and as a consequence, our offer was accepted 2 hours after it was made! The staff worked hard to track progress of the sale and communicated regularly. Finally, as sellers. Very unexpectedly, we are currently using Frank Innes in Mansfield, to sell a house due to a bereavement in the family. Their valuation was backed up by market research of similar properties in the area and the property sold on the first morning of marketing! We are also currently using their associated solicitors who are competitive and very efficient. We would not hesitate to use any of the services provided by Frank Innes, Mansfield, in the future and can highly recommend them. Pleasantly & positively surprised by the professionalism and genuine thoroughness. Possibly the first lettings agency in my renting history which ensured it was a fair process for all three parties: myself, the landlord and the agency. As opposed to many agencies which simply take your money, hand you the keys and leave it at that. Frank Innes even provided a ‘welcome pack’ and the fabulous Emily spent her precious time to run me through each document! Speaking of Emily, she was extraordinary. Very responsive to my surprise, whether Email or phone. At first I was a little worried about issues with my documents, but regardless, Emily had been supportive and reassuring. Very easy to work with and knows what she is doing! Fantastic of the agency to also look into cleaning the property before my arrival; fresh smell of paint is always welcome. Beth took the time to tell me about the various areas in Mansfield (good and not so good points) and helped me identify my areas of choice. I have purchased three houses from Frank Innes so far and the experience has been great on all occasions with clear frequent communication. They also now manage our properties and have restored our faith in letting agents following a horrible experience with a nearby Agent who took the commission but refused to communicate with us and refused to give the tenant back their deposit for months after we transferred the property to Frank Innes.
