GoogleCouldn't get anything right from the start. EPC was wrong for about 3 weeks. They need to sack their photographer, our pictures couldn't have been worse. I ended up going into the office to use my own pictures but still the old ones were up. Communication to us and 2 viewers towards the end was dreadful. They even made my partner the scapegoat and said they'd told him. They found a buyer three days before we changed estate agents but unfortunately for the buyers we said no because we no longer had any faith in their ability to push the sale through to the end. Will not recommend them to anyone.

Definitely do not put your property on sale with them, I would not trust them at all.
