GoogleMy overall experience has been very positive. Any questions we had were answered and nothing was too much trouble. The whole process was easy and helped keep stress to a minimum. I personally hadn’t moved house before and found everything explained and more than enough information to get things sorted. I was contacted quickly to arrange viewings and with working full time with a commute they helped work with my availability.

GoogleMy first point of contact (Amber) was extremely helpful and organised a valuation visit despite not being 100% in their area. Ebony who turned up to do the valuation was very friendly, kind and understanding with my elderly mother. She explained everything we needed to know in detail and provided a prompt written valuation. Would recommend, thanks.

GoogleThe staff at Frank Innes are great. They are professional, friendly and they listen! Beth took the time to tell me about the various areas in Mansfield (good and not so good points) and helped me identify my areas of choice. I have purchased three houses from Frank Innes so far and the experience has been great on all occasions with clear frequent communication. They also now manage our properties and have restored our faith in letting agents following a horrible experience with a nearby Agent who took the commission but refused to communicate with us and refused to give the tenant back their deposit for months after we transferred the property to Frank Innes. If you want a good agent, then I do not hesitate to recommend Frank Innes for both the sales and lettings teamsPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Also accused me of not paying my rent when it was 3 days early they couldnt find the payment. Terrible place will never rent here again.
