I decided to choose Buckley Brown to sell a house that I had developed. They were not the cheapest estate agent available but I needed a premium service in terms of achieving the highest possible price possible and a fairly quick sale. I was convinced after speaking to the owner, Jon that I had made the right decision and both my objectives would be achieved selling through Buckley Brown. As with all things, the proof is always in the results achieved. So what was achieved? Please read on. The photo's taken of the house were outstanding quality and definition and certainly showed the house in its best possible way. The valuation of the house was top end but Jon believed his team could achieve the price with the vast amount of potential customers on their books. During the viewings I was provided with good feedback which helped me change a few minor things to improve the house. The house sold quickly but unfortunately fell through as the buyer couldn't get a mortgage. This was no problem though, on the very day that happened, Buckley Brown secured another sale for me. Seeing the sale was during lock down, its another example that through this period even with tough constraints, this didn't stop the team working hard to get the house sold. The full asking price was achieved and at one stage there was almost a bidding war for the house as 3 separate people wanted to buy the house due to the large network of potential house buyers that Buckley Brown have. During the whole process the team work very hard and are always on hand to answer questions and they communicate on a weekly basis on progress. There is a special shout out to Amy who sold the house the second time after it fell through, seeing she did this during lock down and to Debbie for her weekly updates and chasing the Solicitors for progress updates. Having said that, all the team are on hand to help with anything. It's a great example of you get what you pay for, so my advice would be pay a little bit more because you will gain a lot more in the long run.I hope Jon realises what a great team he has.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Buckley Brown have been brilliant throughout every interaction I’ve had with them. As a first time buyer, I can't praise Buckley Brown enough. Elisha gave at least weekly updates throughout our purchase, from offer acceptance right up to the day of completion. She was friendly, personable, and easy to get in touch with when I needed to. She was able to give all the information I needed, in a way that I understood - particular important as a first time buyer! Each time I phoned, she knew exactly what point we were at in the process, and had the information to hand quickly. I had a poor experience with my own solicitor, who was uncommunicative and unorganised, but Elisha and the team at Buckley Brown really alleviated my anxieties through the process with excellent service. I have found the estate agents to be incredibly helpful and really easy to talk to. Josh was able to answer the questions I had at the viewing and Tom has been helpful throughout the process to answer any further questions I have and let me know how the application is progressing and what the next steps are. Can’t thank Tom enough for keeping me on top of any updates to do with the property me and my partner will soon be renting through Buckley brown. We’ve had multiple issues with the house we’re currently in (a different letting angency ) but this one is perfect, clean and ready to move into unlike the one we’re currently in!! I’m useless when it comes to things like moving house etc but every question I’ve had has been answered very professionally and quickly. Would highly recommened!!

The service I've had from BuckleyBrown has been amazing! Believe me when I say you get what you pay for, I'd never use an internet branch again after using these. We completed our sale in October 2020, although we had accepted an offer in February 2020.(Thanks Covid). Even though the team were working from home we had regular communication from them keeping us up to date. When everything was in a position to proceed we were contacted by Debbie on a weekly basis detailing any progress. When approaching completion things became a little frustrating further down the chain, but Debbie was on the case pushing and prompting Solicitors and advising clients involved. Awful service, most of the time you can't get through to anyone or you are put through to the 'overflow' team. When you eventually sell they will try and guide you to their awful solicitors, if you have any sense of what you are doing you will turn them down and they will instead funnel your buyers into their god awful solicitors instead, ensuring the entire process takes forever and is as stressful as possible. Probably a good company at one point but have bitten off more than they can chew.

We have just sold our house with Buckley Brown and it hasn't been the easiest process due to our buyer, a global pandemic and pretty much any thing else that could be an issue popping up. However, the sales team (Jasmine in particular) did everything they could to support getting the house sold. Then when we moved in to sale progression where most of the issues arose Debbie was incredible, she went over and above on numerous occasions and we could not be more grateful to her. Had it not been for Debbie we think we would have lost the will so a massive thank you to Debbie!

She has been fantastic with my purchase of the property, I had given up : thinking that maybe no one took me serious that I really wanted to buy when I put in offers.
