GoogleDealing with Buckley Brown has been a breath of fresh air. They updated us weekly in relation to the house we were buying and also if there were any updates throughout the week. They were very professional but also put a personal touch on the process. When i called on the odd occasion every member of staff i spoke to was friendly and helpful. If we ever need to use an estate agents in the future we will not hesitate to use Buckley Brown.

FacebookBuckley Brown completely surpassed any reasonable expectations we could have had for an estate agency. The agent who dealt with our property was Morgan whom I asked for a quick sale, Over Christmas when the economic situation was at its most uncertain. However she still achieved an offer on the property within three days which she and the team managed successfully into completion for the expected price. We enlisted Buckley Brown after an experience with another estate agency with national reach, this experience was nothing short of horrendous leaving us unsure of whether we could trust an estate agent ever again, however Buckley Brown have reignited our faith in professional and efficient estate agencies. John Brown is a professional and driven leader with a gifted and successful team, at time of writing they have the most sold signs in Mansfield. If you are considering property services and especially if you are selling your property I would highly recommend you at least give Buckley Brown an opportunity to express their marketing plan. I would Like to close by saying a special thank you to Morgan for what she achieved and my well wishes to the company for the coming year.

FacebookIf your looking for an estate agent that does everything and more that you'd expect when selling your home, look no further. Buckley brown were fantastic from the initial valuation meeting, right through to completion. Regular updates were received, even if there was no progression in the chain. We also purchased through Buckley brown so got the overall experience of how they operate, again purchase was swift and feedback given all the way. They even followed up things when we went away on holiday sending updates on email for us to check on occasions by the pool at our request. The whole team are excellent, but we'd especially like to thank John and Amy who dealt with us throughout this process.

FacebookCannot recommend these guys enough! We had our house on the market with another local company for 3 months and had been let down badly by them. Jon came to do a valuation. He was enthusiastic and professional and so we asked Buckley Brown to market our house from there on. We were not disappointed! They kept us informed on everything. We were told Sarah would be looking after our sale and she most certainly did. She came out to visit our home so she was familiar with it and was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. The other girls in the office Amy and Morgan were equally as pleasant and professional whenever we phoned. We sold our house and have just moved. Buckley Brown kept us and our buyers up to date all the way through to completion. If you are thinking of selling your home we would highly recommend Buckley Brown.

I was kept informed of the state of the sale throughout. There were a lot interest in my property resulting in many viewings in a very short period and this was handled extremely well.

GoogleFrom the first valuation appointment to the final sale of the property Buckley Brown have been without question an ideal estate agent. Our sales progressor was Debbie; she was without a doubt the glue that held our sale together and always went the extra mile to ensure that we (as vendors) and the buyers were fully aware of the status of the sale/purchase in the absence of sufficient information being provided by the legal teams.

GooglePlease consider other options if you are looking to rent.. I recently ended my tenancy with Buckley Brown, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One of the most significant issues was their extremely slow response times for maintenance requests. For example, it took six months just to have an oven issue investigated, which is simply unacceptable. This lack of urgency in addressing important repairs caused considerable inconvenience. Moreover, there were several instances where contractors showed up at the property unannounced and they had no knowledge of such plans. This lack of communication between agent and landlord was disruptive and unprofessional, making it difficult to maintain any sense of privacy or schedule for any Tennant. Overall, the service provided by Buckley Brown was poor, and I cannot recommend them to anyone seeking them as letting agent. Consider looking elsewhere for a more responsive and respectful experience.

GoogleBuckley Brown have been excellent throughout the sale of our house and buying another one. Keeping us informed with progress via a weekly phone call nothing has been too much trouble. Debbie S our in particular has gone above and beyond in helping to aim for as early completion as possible and personally addressed any problems that were causing delays such as chasing up enquiries from our buyers and their solicitors. I highly recommend the whole team at Buckley Brown and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you all, you're a great team. Keep up the excellent work.

If I do sell my property I will not hesitate in using Buckley Brown. My main contact was with Courtney a lovely young lady, very knowledgeable and brilliant at her job!
