We were selling a business and our home to fund the new property and it was not straight forward to say the least but Debbie went above and beyond to help push things forward for us. GoogleAwful experience, are they taking the piss? Put in an offer for a house, sent over all requested details. They didn't contact me until the next day to inform me the house has just sold and that they needed more information on proof of funds (which I have readily available had they asked). So they sold to someone for less than I would've paid because of lack of communication. I wanted to look at some more houses and was told the next available appointments were 3 weeks away. After the 3 weeks is up all but one of the houses I wanted to see have been sold. I have cash to buy a house outright and they can't even be arsed to let me look at a house. Beware putting your house on the market with this estate agent and if you do for sure use another estate agent as well; one that can actually be bothered getting you the best price.

GoogleThe whole experience with Buckley Brown was second to none. From the original visit for the quotation and valuation to the agents showing suitable buyers around to the sales progression team, everyone has been so professional. honest, and just lovely to work with. Maddie in the sales progression team was our main contact after we accepted an offer and she kept us updated more than our own solicitor - she tracked every step and pushed on our behalf too. Even helping us sort the finer details that were outside of her role. I would only use Buckley Brown for any purchases or sales from now on, you get the local personable feeling and you are treated with dedication and respect the whole way through - no matter how big or small your house sale is. Can't recommend highly enough!

GoogleI don't think I've ever given feedback about Buckley Brown without mentioning Tom. What an absolute delight, so knowledgeable and have such a great understanding and grasp of the rental side of things at Buckley Brown. Buckley Brown are good communicators and I feel like my property is in good hands with them. Any problems are resolved in a calm way and they take a fair attitude towards landlords and tenants alike. GoogleWe was in a position where we had sell our parents home it was a very difficult emotional time with just loosing our dear mum We’ll let me say from start to finish we have had nothing but the best service possible done with such care and always remembering this was our family home for 47 years Nicola at the Mansfield branch went above and beyond what a lovely lovely lady she is and a credit to the company always friendly and she realy was a joy thanks guys

GoogleElisha was very helpful trying to push our sale through as quickly as possible. She communicated very well with me, despite unavoidable issues of us missing eachothers calls due to my availability during the work day, she made sure to get important messages to me in the end somehow.

GoogleOverall I was very happy with Buckley Brown. However I would have appreciated more regular updates on what was happening in the small chain. The staff were all very approachable, professional and friendly. I really appreciated all their hard work just prior to completion. I would certainly use Buckley Brown again but I think/hope this will be my last move.

GoogleUntil you move into the house it was ok, Was told it is a Brand new property found that the plumbing for toilet was incomplete , sewage blockage and we left in 4 months and paid rent for min 6 months, charged us £600 for deposit and 2 months past , so far no said we will remind landlord, that's all.But no other response at all. Asked them why you cannot return deposit/ any reason - no response , keep chasing them now 5 times, Just getting bluffing answers/ saying the agent who dealt is on break when we call. They could easily even tell us Look, we cannot return the deposit and provide reason. But this is not the case. telling us now they are guided by good lord office & they are middle man & waiting for response almost show us empty hand. They are only their to take money, When you leave the property then forget getting your deposit back.
