GoogleBuckley brown have been excellent throughout selling my property, i would reccommend them to anyone, massive thanks to Abbey who has been efficient throughout and ensured everything has gone smoothly, communication from her has been excellent, Abbey has put up with my CONSTANT messages during work hours and even after and hasnt moaned once haha, Abbey remained professional and helpful for the duration. Thankyou very much Abbey and Buckley brown. I certainly look forward to using you again.

FacebookWe have recently sold our old home and purchased our new home with Buckley Brown. The service we have received from start to finish has been wonderful. Our house was marketed and sold within 2 weeks. Debbie has been fantastic throughout and has kept us posted at least weekly on the progress. If we ever decide to move again, we would definitely come back to Buckley Brown. Thank you again to Debbie and the rest of the team!

GoogleWhat an incredible estate agents! We were welcomed as first time buyers with open arms. We had each stage of the buying process explained to us clearly. The communication between all involved was consistent and accurate with particular thanks to Georgina and Debbie for supporting us with our process. Any questions asked were answered within the same day and often in the same phone call. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team. When first being shown around the property we were offered as much time as we liked to view it. Every member of the Buckley Brown team that we spoke to were professional and keen to assist us in any way they could. What an outstanding team ethic you all have and a truly wonderful company to be involved in. We cannot thank you enough for making our transition to becoming first time buyers a smooth and hassle free experience. We have been recommending you highly since and our friends and family cannot believe that we received a gorgeous bouquet of flowers after moving in! Truly exceptional!

GoogleSuper happy with the service I received at this branch. 3 months after viewing and I finally have my first home thanks to Debbie and the team. Every time I needed an update they were there straight away, and also kept regular contact with me to make sure I was constantly in the loop! It's the little things that help the most in the whole mortgage process and having someone at the end of the phone to help explain solicitor processes and the stages that I'll go through was amazing. Thank you!

GoogleI have never experienced such an excellent service anywhere else as i have received from Buckley Brown, especially from Debbie. The process of selling/buying is such on a highest level stressful, but during this process, Debbie was such of high level of comfort and support. She was so gracious, working tirelessly to ensure the duration to completion was successful. I'm so grateful for her. I highly recommend her for an award. I say how do you top excellence but to remain one and operate on world class. Buckley Brown should attain such accolade.

GoogleFrom the day we called Buckley Brown to our moving day we were given excellent advice and support during the whole relocation process. Within days of first contact we had viewings and sold within two weeks. Jon and his team were always at the end of the phone if we needed to ask a question and the weekly call from our sales progressor kept us informed at every stage. Everyone in the office was friendly, efficient and helpful and shared our delight upon completion. We would highly recommend Buckley Brown for their high standards and caring approach.

FacebookThird property up with Buckley Brown they are so professional in every department ,from Jon coming out for valuation to exchange date they are with you every step of the way, the office girls keep you constantly updated especially Harriet used other estate agents before lockdown no movement of property no return of calls not even a brochure sent out before marketing ,no comparison to Buckley brown don’t waste your money with othersThey are the best by far

GoogleFantastic experience as first time home buyers, both the negotiation and progression teams were responsive and pleasant to go through the process with Verity was fantastic she looked into every query we had and routinely updated us without needing to enquire. Were we to sell or buy again we would definitely come back to Buckley.

GoogleThe staff at Buckley Brown were knowledgeable and enthusiastic. From when Luke came to carry out our valuation, to Lauryn dealing with our sale initially then Debbie from the sales progression team seeing our sale through to completion - they were all fantastic. Communication was great and they were reassuring and competent at a stressful time. We moved from Mansfield to South-West Wales and we are so grateful for the team at Buckley Brown and the way the made the process as bearable as possible!!

House two was valued on the day that house one completed - listed 26th May, sold within 12 hours and completed 27th August.Two houses sold and completed back to back within 5 months - INCREDIBLE!Also special thanks to Rhea for being amazing!

FacebookAfter our house sale fell through multiple times, Debbie Straw, our sales progressor, promised us she would do everything she could to get us across the line. She was available to answer any and all questions, going above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. If it wasn’t for Debbie we would’ve likely given up. GoogleAs a renter, I found them to be very poor indeed. Lip service only, never doing what they said they would do, had to chase constantly and still usually did nothing. For example over a year to get a key for the drive way bollard that I was promised and over a year after, it still was not provided. Certain staff were absolutely awful and up there selves, boastful and looked down on people. I've never posted a review like this before and I can't say how thoroughly rubbish they were at dealing with even the smallest thing. I would give minus stars if it were possible.

GoogleDealing with Buckley Brown has been a breath of fresh air. They updated us weekly in relation to the house we were buying and also if there were any updates throughout the week. They were very professional but also put a personal touch on the process. When i called on the odd occasion every member of staff i spoke to was friendly and helpful. If we ever need to use an estate agents in the future we will not hesitate to use Buckley Brown.
