How can I best describe Buckley Brown Lettings team ? Absolutely Brilliant. The service right from the start was excellent. We initially spoke to Tom who was brilliant and really friendly. He was also very professionally, knowledgable and passion about lettings. Tom reassured us from the start as we had a bad experience with a previous letting agent. We then dealt with Josh the lettings manager who came and gave us a lettings valuation. Josh was brilliant too. We instructed them straight away and within a few days they had secured us a tenant. The communication from Josh, Tom and the lettings team has been outstanding. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. We would strongly recommend without hesitation that anyone looking to let their property or to rent a property then contact Buckley Brown lettings straight away. I was really impressed with Buckley Brown, the entire process was simply excellent. From the very first valuation to the completion, the entire team were fantastic. We sold through them but also the house we were buying was through them and they were just brilliant. The service and professionalism shown by Anna at the Edwinstowe office is absolutely first class. Having made a long journey from Cornwall to view a property Anna ensured she was on hand to help with 2 viewings. Her knowledge and expertise on the local market was extremely helpful. I really do not mind what happens in life as long as people tell the truth and keep you updated. Communication is key to me. Steph kept in contact through out the process, even if other people involved weren't communicating she would let me know she was chasing and trying to get the answers. I approached Buckley Brown with a view to valuing my house to sell then changed my mind and decided to rent it out. Having never done this before they have been amazing at guiding me through the process and helping to organise all the surveys and checks that needed carrying out prior to a tenant moving in. I have mainly dealt with Tom and I have found him to be very responsive, always keeping me up to date and advising on applications. I have now got a date for the tenant to move in and Buckley Brown will be managing the rental for me so it will be hassle free. I would highly recommend them whether you are looking to rent or sell a property.

Selling my house with Buckley Brown was an experience I don't care to repeat. All was going alright, until it came time to complete and I was called every single day, sometimes more than once, to ask how fast I could get out. In the end I was pressured into buying a storage unit so the house could complete. I moved out into storage and am moving into my new house 4 days later, which cost me £200 extra than just waiting to complete on the same day. Thank you Alisha at the Mansfield branch for making this transition hell on Earth... As if getting divorced and selling your ex marital home wasn't stressful enough.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Outstanding customer service throughout with a personal touch. Despite the delays due to Covid19 we were kept informed at all times, going above and beyond, chasing up all parties including solicitors, agents and buyers throughout the chain.
