GoogleI had a really good experience with buckley brown estate agents. Communiction was very good throughout the whole process of my house purchase and my questions and queries were always answered in a timely manner. I was very happy with the service I received which made the process of purchasing a house less stressful. I would highly reccommed this estate agents to family and friends

GoogleJust want to say a massive thank you to Buckley Brown estate agents for seeing through the sale of our house. They’ve been fantastic from start to end. Initially met Jon at the property, who did a great job of sharing what a great service they offer and how they will work to advertise and sell the property. Hattie was great at keeping me updated on interested parties, feedback, thoughts on how the viewings were progressing. And step in Debbie, who saw through the sale. You cannot fault her drive and energy to see this through, constantly chasing the buyers, and both sets of solicitors for updates. Really appreciated the weekly call to keep me updated. Never a need for me to chase for an update. Thank you guys!

GoogleFrom start to finish the company were professional and caring. I was kept informed at every stage. The phone calls were always very friendly and made my stressful and emotional situation so much easier. The gentleman who came out to value the property (Luke) was very professional and friendly and put me at ease immediately. I then spoke regularly to the office and was dealt with by Georgina James who telephoned regularly with updates and then had many dealings with Deb Straw who I feel took me under her wing during the most stressful time. Selling my childhood home was very difficult but Deb was so understanding and caring and she helped me through a very difficult time

GoogleI had used Buckley Brown for a previous sale 4yrs ago & were excellent so used them this time for sale of our & they did not disappoint. So.d our property again quite quickly & they Kept me informed on a weekly basis & were a good go between ourselves & our buyer. Special mention to Maddie who was fab.

GoogleWe had a wonderful experience purchasing our new home through Buckley Brown. From initially viewing the property to completing, everything went smoothly. A special mention to Nicola Scott-Spencer who negotiated our offer with the seller. She always kept in contact through us throughout this process to keep us updated and was really helpful. Another special mention to Maddie Cordon who was our sales progressor. We were constantly kept up to date with what was happening and talked us through each stage of the sales process. She really made us feel confident with the whole process!

Throughout the whole process, right from the first engagement upon making an enquiry all the way through to tenants moving in and beyond, the approach has always been friendly and professional, providing sound guidance using the good know-how they have and always keeping me regularly informed. Everything is always explained clearly and any queries I had were always acknowledged and answered promptly. All members of the team I have had contact with have been fantastic and it's clear it's a very happy workplace that has been fostered at Buckley Brown. It’s so reassuring and such a big comfort to know Buckley Brown are managing the property!

FacebookSuperb as always, we went with another agent for three weeks and they managed very few viable viewings and zero offers, we then brought BB in, BB sold it in the first week and had a lot of viewings booked in very quickly - once again, I take my hat off to you! They have a fantastic team that helps you with literally every step. Also, Jon is bloody fantastic.

GoogleAfter having our sale fall through twice with a different agent the third time was finally the charm! I cannot thank Nicola enough for all her hard work finding us a new buyer, after so much previous disappointment she remained positive and determined throughout the whole sale process and nothing was too much trouble for her. Also to Steph on the sales progression team who kept in constant contact with myself and the chain to make sure nothing was missed and everything completed in the time frame we were working towards, Steph really went above and beyond to reassure us and keep everything together! GoogleI've had an excellent service with Buckley Brown and cannot fault them. Tom has been particularly spectacular by putting up with me asking numerous questions and reporting faults. Every single one was raised with the landlord and pretty much every single one has been resolved in a short time. If I had to pick one negative it would be the use of the Good Lord system which is too generic and intrusive on tenants lives. But that's a 3rd party and not the company itself so it's not worth marking them down for it really. More just a note ;-)

GoogleI have had amazing experience dealing with Buckley Brown in general. I bought my property through them, rented it through them and also sold it through them. In every aspect, I found their approach very professional and they handled each and every step with precision and kept me in loop all the time. I strongly recommend for everyone looking for anything to do with properties. I just wish that they expand their geography and provide services in other areas too. Good luck.

GoogleThe service and professionalism shown by Anna at the Edwinstowe office is absolutely first class. Having made a long journey from Cornwall to view a property Anna ensured she was on hand to help with 2 viewings. Her knowledge and expertise on the local market was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. This resulted in an offer for the property being successful. Anna is very personable and a great credit to herself and Buckley Brown.
